Q: Hi team, David's Tea had a big bump today on huge volume, any news? Do you suspect this company is in play as a takeover. Does it make sense for a cannibas company or maybe Starbucks or RBI to buy?

Q: This is a follow up to an earlier question. I was in touch with WPT Industrial to clarify their dividend payout etc. Their response shared that their current ROC portion of the dividend is 77.08 percent. This seems very high to me and I'm hoping you can provide some context for this number from your experience. For example, is this a normal amount for income trusts; does this not effectively reduce the value of the dividend since your adjusted cost base will continue to drop. Anything else you can add will be helpful. Thanks, Don
Q: I thought their yr end numbers were decent and I listened to the conference call and they said their business is seeing good growth ( double digit growth) They also pay a dividend. The share price seems cheap. Your thoughts?
Q: Could you please comment on their results and outlook?
Thanks,
Milan

Q: which of these companies has more potential up side. these are in my tfsa with well down 23% and PTG up 2%, both are long term holds I am planning on buying either both or one with new yearly deposit for tfsa. What would you recommend or is there a better buy in these markets.
Q: Recently, you answered a question about a US balanced portfolio with a 10 year time frame. What would the Canadian equivalent look like, with a bias for more growth at a reasonable price?
Q: Van Eck Vectors Biotech E.T.F. BBH (Nasdaq)
1. I rarely buy ETFs. When I do, I favor ones with less than 50 holdings. I am under the impression that an ETF with a large number of holdings is so diluted that you tend not to get as much upside/downside. Is this this approach favoring higher beta better or worse than one that ignores the number of holdings?
2. BBH has a relatively concentrated portfolio of 26 biotech businesses.
3. Your insight into BBH please? Substance only please; have already reviewed material including ETF.com, ETF Channel.
4. If you think others are better , please do suggest names. I have not researched IBB or XBB.

Q: Hello 5i Team
I am reviewing global infrastructure / real asset closed end funds as a means to diversify into US/Global infrastructure companies. Two examples I could find on the Canadian Market are Brookfield Global Infrastructure Securities Income Fund (BGI.UN) and Middlefield Global Real Asset Fund (RA.UN).
Questions are:
1 - Which is the better choice BGI.UN or RA.UN?
2 - Any Canadian or US listed ETFs that I should be looking at?
3 - Any other Canadian Closed End Funds I should be looking at?
4 - Any US listed Closed End Funds I should be looking at?
5 - What is a reasonable MER for these products (BGI.UN is 1.25 % and RA.UN is 1.10 %)?
6 - What is the minimum assets under management (AUM) I should be looking at ( BGI.UN is +/- $102M and RA.UN is +/- $100M)?
7 - Any other items to review?
Thanks

Q: Hello, can you make a comparison between these 2 etfs? I already have XBB, so my goal is to maintain a minimum 2% revenue stream in my RRSP and shorten the duration as well. Maybe you have another suggestion? Thanks.
Q: Your opinion on its team up with Ivanhoe Cambridge.Txs for u usual great services & views.
Q: May I have your overview of the significance in terms of dividend security, market risk and general health of the Big 5 Cdn. banks now that they have all finished reporting. Were there any issues that you saw as alarming, or even concerning in terms of the short term future -- say 1 year or so. Clearly, a lot depends upon the outcome of Covid, but assuming a vaccine by mid to late 2021, what is your take? Thanks, Don

Q: Looking for some guidance on my International equity holdings. All of my Int’l holdings are in the above ETFs and are in my RRSP accounts. The Int’l portion represents 10% of my total investment portfolio. Generally I look for a balance between income and growth with dividends used to supplement my pension income. I have 9 years before I have to RIF.
I have only recently added ZEM for its emerging markets exposure and tax friendly structure. While the other holdings have provided good yield I have not been happy with the lack of growth even before the latest correction. I am generally comparing the lack of growth to the US market which may not be a fair comparison.
Could I have your opinion on my holdings and any suggestions for improvements and why. I am looking for good diversification across the world, ex North America, with a view to a balance between income and growth. Would like to keep my holdings in CAD.

Q: Can I get your thoughts on this ETF as a way to have some gold exposure along with regular income?
Q: Need to have your opinion on the seasonal rotation ETF. It comes with a relatively high fees with MER of 2.66. But it has performed well relative to the index TSX. So do you think this fee is justified and do you like the stratergy?
Q: Earnings look good and guidance as well. After hours muted .
