Q: As the world recovers from COVID it would seem that there be de-globalization, deeping China trade wars as the world unites against Chinese tactics, on-shoring of certain industries, a bit of "protectionism", etc. Theses are broad assumptions and if true would IWO be a good bet if those assumptions came to be? Thanks Ron

Q: Hi Sir,
I am new to invest the small price risky stocks. For examples in WELL:CA, I have reviewed the Revenue and Earnings for the past 3 years:
2017, Revenue(mil) is 0, EPS is -0.03, Cash (mil) is 0.
2018, Revenue(mil) is 11, EPS is -0.04, Cash (mil) is 8 .
2019, Revenue(mil) is 33, EPS is -0.08, Cash (mil) is 16 .
I don't understand why on 2019 the revenue is big like 33, but the EPS is even more lost to -0.08 comparing to previous years. But the stock price still going higher and higher. Did i missing something? Would you please kindly advise. Thank you.

Q: Looking for comments on this one regarding their last quarterly performance. I recognize that debt has been significant, but if I am reading correctly, much of it is due >5years out. Does that assuage your concern somewhat?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Q: Hi there, thanks for the update and information on KRR. Also, good to see that KRR was 'indirectly' owned in the growth portfolio through MMX, royalty with KRR, which just got paid out US18M.
I forgot to ask, who is the institutional investor that invested in KRR? Can you help assist in finding out who that might be? Are there any other institutional investors involved with KRR?
Also, do you believe the high profile drilling areas were strategically left to be drilled after settling past royalty arrangements on Higginsville/Beta Hunt?
Seems as though management and the Board have set things up really well here for future growth, and much higher gold production!
Are there any Falconbridge/Inco folks still left on the KRR Board?
Thanks for the help, much appreciated!
Thanks!

Q: Hi 5i
"Rock Bottom" and "staying lower for longer" are the phrases being assigned to interest rates.
I hold pref shares (min rate reset) that seem to be benefiting from income seeker buying.
I also hold Canadian dividend paying stocks that have not recovered due to fears of more dividend cuts and poor economic performance ahead. (ET, FSZ, BCE, BNS, PPL, IPL, ENB.......)
With increasing emphasis now being put on very low rates, are there advantageous investments today for income with growth as investors realize they need more income and gravitate to income producers? (and high interest accounts continue to pay less and less interest)
Does a diversified Canadian ETF like ZWC (Covered Call Canadian) or ZWH (Covered Call US) make sense going forward?
Thanks
Dave

Q: I am thinking of adding to SYZ after their recent credit facility announcement. Talking about having 80 million available for aquisitions (40 from the credit facility with good terms). This seemed to be a past knock on the company (not as much top line growth and not putting cash to work). What do you think? Thanks
Q: Hi 5i, how significant is the court ruling regarding the tax benefits for Hydro One?
Do you see a continued bump upward on the stock price and will these benefits likely lead to increased dividends.
Thanks
