Q: Really liking the US expansion. Market Cap is now at 800M do you foresee that larger investors are now looking for it to cross 1B market cap in order to start initiating a position? You have successfully used 100M and 1B as key market caps that attract investors.
Thanks

Q: Can you please share your opinion on this company. Although a small company, they seem to have an interesting and unique product. Thanks .
Q: Theses ETFs nd many more trade on the TSX in CDN$ but are they currency hedged or not? I understand currency hedging but how can a foreign based ETF trade in Canada without hedging? Thanks Ron
Q: Please give me your opinion of EvertzTechnologies - is it a buy, hold or sell - is the dividend still safe after it has been cut - thanks for your reply.
Q: Hey Guys, been a few months since we've heard your thoughts on MCR. I'm flip flopping on this one because its clearly underperformed due to being tied to the o&g sector. But we've seen other o&g companies and even service companies (drilling not pipeline) recovering, while MCR still heads down. However I still see potential here, very high insider ownership, trading below book value, still profitable, reducing shares, decent roic, and 2020 guidance has been updated twice in the last 6 months to 250M. Yes the share price still heads down. I feel this one has the potential to increase dramatically or am I holding on to this one too long? Thx
Q: I sold BNS some time back at $58.11. I had held it for income. Do you think the dust has settled enough to buy back for a long-term hold for income and some growth? I also on RBC and TD.

Thank you!

Q: Which Mutual fund(s) or ETF(s) would you recommend for a conservative retiree looking for dividend yield in the 3.5%-5% range? She would be drawing down the account on a monthly basis for the next 20 years or so.

Q: Hi
If you had to put together a shopping list of solid long term dividend payers that you could pick-up if things went on sale again in the coming quarters, what would you buy? I'd want yields north of 7% so it would have to be a good sale. :)
And if you wanted to do it in one swoop with an ETF, would one of these be suitable: XEI or XDIV?
Thank you.

Q: Hi Everyone at 5i! My advisor is suggesting that I invest in a “Note” which invests in Canadian large cap stocks, pays 3.4% for two years, with 50% downside protection. These things leave me a bit leery. What’s the catch??? I keep trying to avoid them and she says I am missing a good deal and gets a bit annoyed. Could you please explain to me again why these are usually not a good deal? I am short on comeback lines when talking to her. Thanks, Tamara
Q: I am currently in process with increasing the US$ in my TFSA. I have two questions:
1) Which "stable" stocks would you recommend to do a Norbert's Gambit. I understand it takes a couple of processing days before being able to sell the stock on the US side.
2) I have a few dividend paying stocks that are both on the TSX and NYSE - (CP, MLF, BNS). While they are Canadian domiciled, I'm curious if moving them to the NYSE causes the 15% withholding tax to kick in. I would like to keep them in a US TFSA so that I can trim/sell and reinvest in US $ but only if it makes sense. My intention is to buy US growth stocks in my TFSA moving forward (no dividend), eventually converting it into a 100% growth portfolio to maximize the account.
Thanks!
