Q: I see only one other question on this stock (2017). Was this actually a 20+ dollar stock? Do you know why it tanked so badly over a decade ago? Would it be better now that there is more and more streaming demand? It doesn't seem to get a lot of attention.
TIA!

Q: US bank stress test.
I read about the recent stress test results. Apparently results in general are not great.
Apparently Wells Fargo may cut their dividend next quarter and JPM opened the door by saying it was possibility they too could cut in the future. Never heard of such from the Canadian banks.
I have 20% of my total RRSP portfolio in JPM, Bank America, and Bank of New York Mellon.
They big US banks in general performed very well since the financial recession but now I wonder for the future?

Q: Do you think the insider selling on Vmd is putting pressure on the stock or is just pulling back after a good run? What do you think of the company?
- WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (WIR.UN)
- Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (DIR.UN)
Q: From reading previous responses, you seem to like both Dream Industrial and WPT Industrial. If you were to buy just one, which would it be and why?
Q: What do you think of Nutrien for a long term hold right now? Yield is nice and things should be better in 5-8 years, which is my time frame. I’m low in materials.
Could I hold this in my unregistered account as eligible for the dividend tax credit?
Thanks
Robert

Q: What are your current thoughts on the most recent run with AR? Is it a BUY, HOLD or SELL at these levels?
Q: Tech companies are at all time high, it feels that we are again reaching a tech bubble. Is it time to lighten-up on tech companies/ funds/ETFs. What are the signs of reaching bubbles and how does this compare to previous cases of sector bubbles?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Good morning ,I have a half position in BCE and I was going to fill the position with Telus. Do you recommend doing this? I'm a long term investor. I am slowly moving my portfolio to income stream/dividends as I will be retiring soon (within the next year).
Q: Just saw a news report about Dye and Durham IPO. It probably still early but as soon as more information is available, I would like to get your opinion on it. Thanks.

Q: Hi 5i team,
What’s your thoughts on Cineplex at its current price at around $8 per share after the recent price drop of 18% on Tuesday? It seems to have been hit hard due to the failed deal and bad earnings. The price drop seems to be too much with some of their theatres opening up again. Do you see this as a potential play for a strong bounce over the next 12 months?
Thanks as always,
Jon

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I realize for numerous reasons gold is gaining in favour. Some gold believers theorize that is will go to $3-4000.00 per ounce in the next 3 years. Let's look at a hypothetical situation. Say things continue to unfold in golds favour and it does rise to say $2500.00 in the next three years. I realize you do not have a crystal ball...but what might be a conservative upside for a company like HMY. I am thinking that the profit margin between $1800.00 and $2500.00 must be significant. I suspect the whole sector would rise ...some more than others. So please give me your prognosis for this company going forward on the premise that gold is going higher.
Thanks immensely...

Q: Good morning.
I would be interested in your thoughts about CTLT which was last addressed in Q&A in Dec 2019. It seems to be in a sweet space of the logistics and delivery of COVID-19 vaccines; it has contracts with JNJ and AZN; and Argus has a $100 price target on it. Worthwhile to purchase as a compliment to the big pharma companies themselves or are there better options in the same space?
As others have said, thank you for the amazing work 5i does!
