Q: I am considering sell GUD and buying IBB and/or IHI and/or VEEV and/or GH. Risk is not an issue and I am okay with US stocks as well as Canadian. Your comments would be appreciated.

Q: I know that Peter would not characterize himself as as a “Value” investor, but some recent articles have indicated conditions (interest rates, inflation, growth or lack of) may be setting up for an outperformance for value stocks. If that thesis turned out to have validity, can you give me an idea of what your Value Portfolio might look like? If you could choose some from different sectors, and throw in a few US choices, so much the better. Thank you.

Aside from the recent weakness in tech growth stocks the last while , what is your take on Well? It has been consolidating/ weak for the last yr almost now . Do you see the consolidation as healthy after its quick run up in the stock after its ipo ? Or is there some other reason for the weakness ? You would think the pandemic would expose the need for telehealth and boosted up the need for healthcare in general. I would have expected Well to be a little stronger given that backdrop. What are your thoughts on the stock ? Do you consider it a potential multi bagger over the next 5yrs or so? If so is it a buy at todays share price? Thanks!

Q: Trying to understand your preference for WELL over LIKE. I changed positions for lack of performance about 6 months ago and am very pleased with a LIKE, good yield and performance. At least in resent times. Is it time to change back? Thanks. James

Q: Moderna has dropped a lot this week. How do you see the valuation now? I am in it for as long as it has momentum promise. Does it still have room for growth in the coming year, or is it time to sell and move on? Thanks.

Cyber security seems to be a bigger and bigger threat. Is it worth getting involved in this space? If so, is it covered by the big tech names such as Microsoft, Apple etc or is it worth looking at specific ETF such as CYBR? Are there any stocks names that are interesting?

Wondering about SYZ insider ownership.
I have to guess Mr. Wood is a smart and very qualified guy to be at the helm of SYZ and its ReFocus on Growth Initiative - and after leading several companies through his career.
Today however, I own more shares than this CEO......if one doesn't count the $5 MM Shareholders gave him for showing up. (William Wood)

Should there be an expectation for a small cap CEO to have some of his own skin in the game through share ownership?

Other insiders were buying in 2021 - with the CEO breaking out $5000 for shares.


Also, is there an alert system that notifies on massive selling like David Elder did during the April/May 2021 price run up? (sold 200,900 share @ $15)

Should an investor today be wanting to buy this stock while CEO is not?

Q: I’ve been holding this painfully watching it fall everyday. In hindsight, I should have sold it. Now I’m wondering if it will be delisted. Since I own the ADR shares, I’m wondering what would happen if it were delisted and also, how likely an outcome is the delisting in your view? Thank you.

Could you rank these 3 companies as far as valuation, growth going forward and safety? Amazon has been in a range for months, but it’s P/E still seems like it is higher than Googl. All 3 are important players in autonomous vehicles and where technology may be heading in the future.

Q: About 1 year ago you provided some general guidance on a retirement portfolio and I’m wondering what changes, if any, you might recommend given another year has passed. I’m not looking for specific guidance but rather suggestions for me to investigate further given how the investing landscape has changed this past year. Retirement horizon is 5 years and the portfolio has the following holdings: ZAG(26%), ZSP (3%), CDZ(65%), ZEA(6%). We have a large cash position that we’re ready to deploy. Q: WISP was acquired for US$41.3m by US$27.7m cash,US$6.2m shares of Well(issued @ $9.80 per share) & multi year performance earn out up to maximum US$7.4m For the last year Well basically in a range of $6.70 to $8.40,so why Wisp will accept a $9.80 a share?
