I have to execute some tax loss selling, and I would appreciate it, if you would rank the following securities from a sell order perspective:

- Saputo, (SAP), Richelieu Hardware (RCH), Restaurant Brands (QSR), Boyd Group (BYD), and Emera (EMA)

Q: I was looking at my account today and I own both PLTR actual UDS shares and PLTR CDR. The CDR seems to be way lower in a disconect in value to the actual shares. last night I was 50% positive on the CDR and today I am 54% negative and the actual stock is still in the 174 range which shouldn't account for a 104% move total. Did something happen I am not aware of with the CDR or is this a brokerage glitch in pricing? The account is RBC Di. Any insight would be great.

Q: I am down 40% with LMN, with the recent sell offs of both CSU and LMN, would you see this as good opportunity to 1. DCA aggressively with LMN as we're expecting a bounce back in the near future. 2. DCA LMN moderately and open a new position in CSU to then hold both CSU and LMN 3. DCA slightly with LMN and open a bigger position with CSU.

Would you see owning both CSU and LMN as a good decision? Is there one you would own over the other?

I am a long term investor and not necessarily worried about the short term downfall we've experienced.

Q: Appreciated your recent report on DIR. I am a long-term holder, and always thinking of adding more. It does seem to have been a bit challenged in the last year or two, and wondering how that compares to its' peers in industrial warehousing? Your report lists the peers as Prologis, yes, but also StorageVault (which I thought was primarily personal storage units) and Riocan, which is primary retail. What am I missing? Aren't there other industrial warehousing companies you can use for a more accurate comparison?

Q: POSCO acquisition of Lithium South

"The final acquisition price has been agreed and adjusted to US$65 million to account for tax burdens, closing costs and property payments."

US$65m = Can$90m

divided by 113m shares = .79/share payout to LIS shareholders

Is this an accurate guess or do 32m (I think) warrants and options need to be factored in such that $Can90m/113 + 32m shares = .62/share payout

What is your best guess as to the final share price value paid to Lis shareholders?

Q: It looks like TGH is being acquired. I’ve read some of the news but I’m still not exactly sure what this means for my stocks and what I should do. Should I sell now? Or will by shares be automatically converted into the new company? Or will my shares be automatically converted into cash at a price of 1.92? If so, when does this happen?

Q: For single stock etf's like this (and nvidia, Microsoft, etc), why not just trade around the ex dividend dates to lower risks and take advantage of the juicy (25% for plte!!) distribution? What am I missing with this approach
