Q: Hello 5i team,
Thank you for your text on Nuvei. I would like a few more information. Who are their main competitors? What is their competitive advantage over their competitors that would make potential clients switch payment system? Are clients sticky once they become client? At what p/s and p/ebitda multiple would you be buyer?
Thank you for your collaboration, Eric

Q: Over the past 4 quarters, AFN have repeatedly increased their estimate of the cost of "rework" on two specific contracts from $7 to $10 to $14 and now to $20 million. Have you any information on the magnitude, relative to these past equipment and estimate failures, of last Friday's failure of their North Vancouver commercial installation? The market sure doesn't seem to like it. Is it likely a over-reaction, or the proverbial back-breaking straw?

Q: I would appreciate an update on your views about VMO. In the past, you have indicated support for the momentum factor strategy, but recommended that investors avoid ETFs with less than $100M in AUM. Given that VMO has an inception date of June 2016 and only $29M in AUM to date, do you still see this ETF as a good investment or is there another international momentum ETF which you prefer? Also, would this ETF be appropriate for a TFSA account?

Thank you for your insightful advice.

Q: Hi,

I'm not sure what to make of the announcement of QUIS hiring an outside company (Gateway) to help them with investor relations. Is it positive because Gateway will be able to increase QUIS visibility to institutional investors? Is it negative in that QUIS may be desperate and needs assistance? ...or is it a non-issue?

Thanks as always for your valuable insight.

Q: The company announced a debenture financing at 6.5% today to pay out a convertible debenture that only cost 5.5% and does not mature until Dec/21. The proposed debenture does not mature until Dec/20025. Is it fair to surmise that the company was prepared to pay a higher interest rate to get a longer maturity and to remove the possibility that the current debentures might be converted to shares because it believes the share price may in fact increase above the $8.35 conversion price?
