Q: A while back you were asked about this company and you had favorable remarks regarding this one and mentioned 'We do not know it well but it reads very well overall for a small cap. '. Since that time it was making a nice move and I recall that there was a $12.00 target placed on it. Just recently, however, this one has started to drift downwards and I really don't know if there is any reason for this other than it is a needed correction and will bounce back . Please comment. The ticker is OESX and when I entered that in 'Companies Addressed in This Question' it is not found.

Q: Hello:
We are hearing a lot of chatter about the switch to Value stocks; away from growth stocks.
What are your favourite Value stocks ETFs in Canada and the US. Both for small caps and large caps.

Q: Retired dividend-income investor. Your answer today about an ETF with a focus on renewables hit all of my markers. I've been struggling how to address the renewables latest trend and your answer solves my dilemma (already own AQN, FTS, TRP).

Q#1 = So, if XUT has roughly 45% renewables, what % renewables does ZUT have?

Also, it appears that ZUT outperforms XUT over multiple time periods and has a slightly larger dividend. ZUT is also equal weighted while XUT is not.

Q#2 = Which would you choose, XUT vs ZUT and why? I'm leaning towards ZUT.

Q#3 = Now, throw in where we are in the market cycle. Assume you chose ZUT in question #2, what would you think of ZWU? ZWU has a covered call overlay that helps to deliver a 7.9% dividend vs ZUT of 3.5%. I know you are not keen on CC ETF's in an expanding market as they limit the upside.

Thanks for your guidance...much appreciated...Steve

Q: I have noticed that you have started to recommend TT in the last month or so and it has also appeared on your disclosure list when asked about US stocks. Can you tell me what about this company makes you recommend it when it is at close to a 40xp/e in the industrial sector. I am thinking of replacing SIS with it as I am overweight Canadian stocks and underweight US stocks according to portfolio analytics.

Q: I am deploying a lump sum and I had an initial 1% position if LSPD bought at $56 in middle of November. I am up close to 40%. I know they signed a new deal in the U.S. yesterday and there's good momentum. Should I take my quick profits or let the value of the stock build. I originally was planning to build a 3% in LSPD over time. Its tough given the valuation is so high, but may go higher or may be much lower in a correction.

Thanks,
Jason
