Q: This is a comment and not a question, I have been very happy with the service since I joined, your insights and comments have been invaluable. I highly recommend the service to my friends and family when we are discussing the stock market. .
I enjoy reading the questions on all companies regardless of the country. I have gleamed knowledge on other markets and would be very disappointed if you were to separate the question databases by countries.
If a question is on a company or country that I do not have or want in my portfolio I will just scan and go on to the next question, I think separate databases are not needed.

thanks again for the valuable knowledge you pass on .

Q: I noticed that 2 analysts have reduced their price targets for Kirkland Lake significantly and it has been lagging behind some of the other gold companies recently.

Any ideas what has changed the sentiment on the company? Are you feeling less positive about its prospects going forward?

thanks for your insight

Q: I am planning to set up the Smith Manoeuvre to accelerate my mortgage re-payment and invest in a solid blue chip portfolio of dividend stocks , interest tax deductibility etc..I am trying to create a solid stock portfolio and I'm looking for 8 - 12 names, well diversified, targeting around 5% yield give or take a bit but 5% average would be good to cover the interest cost, trying to make this cash flow neutral.
I came up with a few names and looking for your opinion.
BCE , FTS, Manu Life, AC, AQN, Sunlife, Telus, BMO, PWF, Trans Canada, SHOP
