Q: The question is what ETF is the best match for me based on

1. my normal stock selection is large blue chip dividend paying companies
2. this ETF is in my RRSP, I am assuming it should be purchased in American funds. (unless you say otherwise.) US or Canadian ?
3. I am thinking a broad based ETF, possibly a "dividend aristocrat" or just whole market but not sure of what the difference would be.

thanks

Q: LSPD has 115,000 locations (74,000 in third quarter report on February 2020 and 47,000 in third quarter report on February 2019) serviced by their SaaS. Dax has indicated that there are 49 million SMB and there are targeting 7 million of those. My question is what is the projected number of locations in five years? If they are targeting 7 million SMB then those businesses have 1.5 locations per business (my estimate) gives 10.5 million locations. What is the probability they can get 10.5 million locations - zero chance. What is the probability of getting 5 million locations - zero. What is the probability of getting 1 million locations - 100 %. If they have 115,000 locations today and they will get to 1,115,000 locations in let’s say five years that is a 10x increase. I understand the metric will change from price per sales to price per equity because they will be profitable. Is it possible to say that the share price increases by a factor of 10?

Q: Hi
In response to Nick's question today you said "If we have learned anything in 35 years is that once momentum takes hold in an underowned sector, it usually lasts a lot longer than investors expect."
what usually takes a lot longer? what does 'it' refer to?
thanks

Q: Hello,

I understand that one has to file a form T1135 if one holds US stocks or ETFs over $100,000 anytime during a calendar year. If one intends to hold VOO, the suggested Canadian equivalent to avoid having to file T1135 is VFV. Is my understanding correct? If yes, what are the Canadian equivalents of QQQ and IWM?

Thank you

Q: Portfolio Analytics is suggesting a 10% weighting in Healthcare. Currently I have Well & Gud , each slightly less than 1%, so for the remaining 8ish % I would like to choose 3 to 4 others (US or Can) Dividend is not necessary. Would appreciate your input into whittling down what seems to be a surfeit of good choices. Also, your thoughts about entry points
Many thanks, as always.

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
I added these stocks and PLTR a few months ago due to your good vibes in Q&A.

So far I have sold PLTR at a profit after its volatility on earnings last week

Do u still feel good on the rest even if we hit a “tech bubble” or sector rotation as far as the long term ?

Are any of them under capitalized ?

Multiple credits of applicable

Thanks for all you do
Dennis
