Q: Everyone seems to hate the technicals on semi charts. Cramer thinks they are expensive. I look at both Broadcom and Qualcomm and think they are cheap on a forward PE basis. Yes there are short term supply issues. But double digit growth and these companies with forward PE in the teens. How are these companies not a table pounding buy for dividend growth?

Q: This company once traded as high as $60/share. It appears to be the premier nat gas producer in Canada. How likely do you think it hits its old high in the next 12-24 month? I know, that would be more than 100% increase.
Q: Ever since the Caldwell suspended their dividends to re invest into the business with a technology focused acquisition the stock price and trading volume is trending higher and higher on a very tight float. It seems it is one watch or invest in now given the tailwinds expected in talent acquisition post COVID?
Q: The new CEO has been in place for about 18 months now and the latest financial reports were solid. While you never "disowned" the stock it was dropped from the portfolio. Would you be a buyer of this stock now, anticipating growth in lumber in particular as well as M&A activity or is it too soon yet to judge this new exec team?
Appreciate your insight.

Q: Hello Peter,
Could you please comment on curaleaf's earnings and their reach into Europe? I would have thought their numbers and their global reach would have caused the stock to surge but it was tempered.. Also, given that US is not federally regulated, i thought US companies could not go international as I would have expected them to acquire outside USA at an earlier date. Any comments. Finally, since Curaleaf trades on cdnx, and if it is to move to Nasdaq or NYSE (with federal changes), what would happen to my shares. I know if it is TSXV to TSX or NYSE, it is non-issue. I just wanted clarity if shares traded on neo or cdnx, if same applies. Thanks very much.

Q: Friday morning 9:40am and XBC is down heavy based on pre-announcement of sales decline. XBC has been touted as one of 5i's top growth stocks. But things happen. In earlier question today you replied that you would have to do more work on this. How and when will this new information be passed along? How do you now rate the stock? Is this a one time incident that will be overcome or does this significantly change your view?
Q: For a play on e-commerce delivery, which would you prefer (or do you have another recommendation). Thanks for all your advice.
Q: Hi,
I realized the news on Xebec is not great but is the sell off overdone in your opinion? 36% seems a bit extreme
Thanks

Q: Good Afternoon
Since November 2020 Caise de depot et placement du Quebec has sold over 3.9 million shares of BLX. Do you view this as significant ? I will appreciate your insight about BLX going forward. This stock has dropped significantly, is it buyable at this level?
Thanks again for your expert opinion.

Q: Hi Guys,
My portfolio is still too heavy on technology (+ 30%), what do you think of BLDR as a infrastructure play inside my balance/growth portfolio?
Full or half position? I already own WSP, J (jacobs) and MLM (martin material).
thanks
Jim

Q: Greetings 5i Team,
I have noticed on occasion that you will respond that a particular security represents 'higher risk income'. This occurred earlier today when a question was posed concerning EIF.
When you say this, do you mean that the income itself is at a higher risk than say that of BCE or do you mean that the company itself tends to be a higher risk security as compared to others within its sector?
Thank you as always
SP

Q: Hi Peter/Ryan, unfortunately I have limited funds to add to my TFSA and can only add one of these two favorites currently . Which one do you see having a better growth trend, as I will probably add the other one at a later date. Thanks
Q: What is your viewpoint on this SPAC, TSIA? I see the target co. Is involved in real estate technology with high tech locking systems and clients include Brookfield, so this seems to me to be a strong product endorsement.
Q: How come PFE is muddling along despite having one of the top covid vaccines? How much of their revenue/growth does it make up - or are they just too massive to it to move the needle? What's PFE's growth outlook and valuation?
Q: I only have a few small holdings in the tech section of my portfolio and would like to have your advice whether I should
A. Invest in the following companies: PLUG DSG ABCT CTS or
B. Just buy a combination of XIT and TEC.
Best regards Steve

Q: Hello 5i. What is your view on Xebec’s latest update to 2020 guidance? Revision in revenue estimate appears material.
- Vodafone Group Plc (VOD)
- Liberty Latin America Ltd. (LILA)
- Telefonica SA (TEF)
- Telecom Argentina SA (TEO)
- Millicom International Cellular S.A. (TIGO)
Q: Which of the above has the most upside potential and safety
