Q: Morning
I have funds in my TFSA and am interested in investing in one of the three stocks listed. Would appreciate your thoughts on rating the growth and risk of each and whether you feel there is a better growth alternative.

Q: Thank you for . I do not normally place much importance on insider selling. However, I see that insiders have been selling a lot of CRM, including sales by Mr. Benihoff . The stream of insider sales reports seems never-ending. Granted, the above is not uncommon and could be due to grant/redemption of options. But the sales seem to have been non-stop lately. Is this something on which one should place any weight to when thinking about one's own thoughts of trimming CRM?

Q: This is my margin portfolio, all position weightings are between 3%-5%.
The projected yield is 3.31% with a 3-5 year hold.
I realize 24 positions is a bit overkill but I can't seem to choose which to remove, which would you recommend?
What positions would you add to the portfolio?
Take as many credits as needed.
Thanks for the great service

Q: I had a portfolio review many years ago when you did them individually, personally by human! At the time your suggestions were right on and cleaned up my ETF's. Now I have over ten and according to your metrics it should not be so. Given those above, is there anything that is not required? I am up 25%- 150% on all of them. I am happy with all of them. I have a balanced portfolio in all 11 sectors with 44 stocks all doing quite nicely thank you. Following the income portfolio with some of my own additions from 15 years ago. I do not see any major conflicts.I am s a buy and hold dividend investor with some growth ( lightspeed, Leon's).
Thank you for your million dollar service!

Q: a lot of discussions today on why WELL is so bad, yet today TD upgraded stock price from $10 to $10.50 ... is this simply showing symbolic support based on their DD, or am I reading to much into this upgrade
Q: I am interested in investing in some US ETFs. I would put these into an RRSP account. Would there be tax consequences re the CRA or IRS in doing so? I imagine that there would be tax complications if they were held in a margin account.
Q: please provide insights into these two companies and your opinion on their growth prospects and if they are buyable at this level ... thx

Q: Further to your comments today about Superior, could you also provide the payout percentage and if you consider it a buy today as a new position. This would be more for income than growth. A couple other questions: where does most of their propane go - residential or commercial? How does propane fit into the current "green" initiatives relative to other hydrocarbons?
Thank-you
Thank-you

Q: Good morning,
I would be interested in looking at companies in the Canadian oil patch,i.e. small caps and mid-caps with a solid risk reward ratio and that would offer strong leverage to the price of oil.Warrants offer much leverage but don't seem to used much anymore by companies, why would that be? Many thanks ,
Jean

Q: Last time I asked about HOME you were cautious, siting the high debt and pandemic impact. What are your current thoughts on this one? Do you agree with analyst growth expectations? The price multiple is very low.
Thanks for everything you do.
