- Vermilion Energy Inc. (VET)
- Royal Dutch Shell PLC American Depositary Shares (Each representing two Class B) (RDS.B)
Q: Can you please comment on these 3 companies (balance sheet, outlook, risks etc) and would you be comfortable buying them today and in what order. Thanks
Q: How do the quarter results for akr look to you.
Q: I have a large position in Tdoc relative to my portfolio which I’ve been holding at a loss since Feb. Can I get your comments please on the earnings? I’m wondering whether to hold and hope for a recovery. My average cost is $213. Thanks.
Q: If you had to choose between TFII and KXS for a three year investment, which would it be?
Thanks for all the advice.
Thanks for all the advice.
Q: Have a pool of cash for a big family trip that now is going to be 2 years away. I would put it in a growth name with solid momentum but my spouse will be asking me " what is the trip money at today" on a regular basis so I figure I need to pick something boring and stable... BCE and H seemed like 2 obvious choices. Any Canadian stable div payers screaming buy right now with a 2 year hold in an unregistered account.
Q: You comments on the recent quarter, and overall assessment of Methanex potential over next three years?
Q: I understand that there is a shortage of semiconductors. Given this situation is it a good time to buy SMH or stay away from this sector? Thank You.
Q: Best way to handle dividends for income:
1. Use drips to accumulate & sell shares
2. Take dividends in cash and cash out
3. No difference?
Many Thanks.

Q: How would you suggest getting exposure to consumer discretionary/staples?
Could you please give a good ETF for each sector and a couple good names?
Looking for broad exposure (not just Canada)

Q: Hello Team,
Being that Mrs is such a small cap company, I can only assume you envision big potential for this name down the road as you recommended it. The main question is, is this a name you foresee a multi bagger 1000% type return potential over a few years? Or is it more of a trade where you expect a pop as good numbers come in, and then sell out? I usually don’t buy such small names, but I am debating putting some speculation money into this one if you think it’s got big potential. I don’t want to invest in a micro cap unless it’s got some crazy potential with makes it worth the risk. Also would this be one of your highest conviction pics at the moment for huge multibagger potential returns , or can you recommend other high potential names you would prefer more for this type of play? Thanks for your advice.

Q: Can you please recommend a high-quality infrastructure company in Canada that has good upside potential, please.
Also, I have over $50,000 US in a non-registered account. With the CAD $ going up and the US $ falling, should I convert to CAD? I don't know if there is enough upside in the US market, considering I am losing money every day with the exchange rate.
Thanks for your help.

Q: What do you think about CDProjekt? They're listed as CDR on the Warsaw stock exchange. They've had a rough patch recently, but I think they're sustainably making money.
Also, there appear to be an ADR, where I can buy it in the US: OGTLY. If it isn't a terrible idea to buy it, should I try to buy it directly, or get the ADR? What _is_ an ADR?

Q: Could I please have your updated views on RECO? Is it worth a investment after its huge run? Can you comment on its management team, cash and risks?
Q: Hi 5i,
I have some Hycroft Mining Holding Equity Warrants that Expire Oct 22, 2022 which ended up in my RRSP account after the meltdown of Allied Nevada Gold that was bought by my no-longer financial advisor. They have started to catch the attention of the CRA as I have received a letter from my bank about non-qualifying investments held in my registered account. From looking at my account transaction history they seemed to have been surrendered due to a name change in September of last year which must have started the problem. Nothing has been said about them previously.
Is there any use in hanging onto these by transferring them to my cash account or should I just sell them to eliminate the position and the problem. The previous warrants had a strike price of $8.50 if I remember correctly which I don't think I have a hope of seeing in my lifetime.
Thanks for your help.
Dave

Q: When Arc and Seven Gen merged, analysts were very positive on the merger, as was 5i. Credit agencies reinforced the positive vibes by giving a major rating upgrade. But the stock has subsequently dropped by some 10% in value and a significant short position hangs over the shares. What is holding back the share price and giving shorts so much interest? Thank you.
Q: Any idea for the jump today?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: I am thinking of selling Score and investing that money in Photon. Your opinion??
