Q: I am a long-term investor. I am looking for 5i's favourite REIT etfs (cost/liquidity, etc.). Please provide one or two GROWTH REITS (lower monthly yield) and one or two HIGH-INCOME REITS (highest monthly yield with growth as a secondary focus). This would be for both a non-registered account and a TFSA in $CAD currency (replication is fine). US/CAN or Global REITS. Whatever the preference.
Please also comment on IDR.TO (Middlefield Indexplus Reit), and whether this fits in some manner to the above categories.
Much appreciated!

Q: Phillips 66 has returned to my purchase price. Do you see a good future for this refiner or would you take this opportunity to change, please? Short term and long.
Q: Hi,
I hold both USB & JPM. With the prediction of interest rates & inflation increasing how do you think the US banks will perform. And if one bank had to be sold now, which bank would you select. Thanks … Cal

Q: Hello astute mentor. Do you know much of ideanomics and would you buy or wait for a pullback ? Thanks so much
Q: How do you feel about ret.a as a turnaround play? Their gross revenues were still strong through 2020 with many stores closed. It would seem to indicate that if they’re successful in negotiating out of leases, they may still produce good earnings through online channels.
Q: I know you are not tax experts, so please disregard this question if it falls too far outside your field. I only venture it because you are so generous in answering all sorts of questions.
My wife and I each have a margin account. We are retired and take money from a rif each year. Dividends, capital gains and pensions are split at tax time.
The question is whether we are able to shift money back and forth between our accounts without tax consequences? Also, would it be possible to combine the two accounts into a joint margin account without tax consequences
Thanks as always for the great service

Q: I am thinking of selling my long term holding in KXS (held in RRSP) in favour of NOW. I acknowledge the obvious difference in size and risk. I would like to continue to position in a consistent performer with visible earnings growth in the cloud-based enterprise SAAS space. The recent poor subscription guidance, significantly lower margin expectations and the “cockroach theory” has made me contemplate the change out of KXS. NOW would appear to be an emerging platform company with a much larger TAM than KXS. Would you be ok with this considering my objective of consistency or would this be an over-reaction on my part as KXS has been good to me (thanks to 5i)?
Q: Hi, I'm looking at reits and wonder what your comments would be on SRU. They look to be in an interesting niche that might do well as the world gets back to normal.
Appreciate your thoughts,
Perry

Q: It goes public tomorrow. Are you interested in the company? Also when would be a good time to buy? The first day or wait a little bit?
Q: Do you have a preference between VIG and DGRO? I see their 5 year performance is similar but DGRO has a better yield.
Thanks,

Q: Kindly comment on the BOS Q4 and annual results. I know the numbers looked powerful, but do they measure up to expectations (such info we don't have)? After all exceeding expectations is what matters the most these day.
Q: If I were to sell TOI what do I use as the book value? My brokerage statement shows 1 cent, but I believe it was issued as a special dividend (if that is the term) with a value of about $60.00. Thanks.
Q: Will you please give us your thoughts on Alaris's 1/4, and your thoughts about it's future.
Thanks

Q: how do you see these results ... still a buy at this price ...thx
