Q: Payment for order flow . Is such practice is permitted in Canada?
What happens if an order is directed for US stocks or US based foreign depository? Is PFOF permitted in US stock exchanges.

Q: Can you explain to me how Option 2 is supposed to work for the IPL takeover. Option 2 is 0.25 shares of BIPC subject to proration. In the Aug. 20 group, 90% of the IPL shares were converted to BIPC for those who chose Option 2. What happens to the remaining 10%? Are they paid the equivalent of 0.25 of a BIPC, or $20/share or ?? Since I received only $18.68 for my 10% I am thinking that I did not get 0.25 BIPC equivalent. Thanks. Feel free to answer privately if you prefer.

Q: Good Morning,

Thanks for your excellent service. I owe INO.UN and CHP.UN in REIT. Looking to replace them with 1 Industrial/Commercial/ REIT and 1 residential REIT. Looking for long term growth and not much concerned about Income. Can you recommend 2 REITS in each space with brief comments on the rationale that there long term prospects will be better then the one I am replacing.

Q: The large toy companies have warned there will be big shortages of toys this fall and winter and that prices will be higher. What industries will be the winners and losers? If people choose not to spend on toys where do you think that money will be spent on, assuming it will be spent?

Q: In my TFSA I am looking to move it to a more growth oriented stance. In keeping with this I have added ENGH and LSPD already. In what order would you sell the above (other than LSPD and ENGH)? I could sell off whole positions or just reduce the holdings either is fine. Any reasoning behind the ranking would be useful too.
