Q: Hello,
Is Cielo Waste Solutions headed for bankruptcy? I know this is a hypothetical question but should one bail completely? Any idea why ATS automation is declining and do you think it is worth starting a position in Fobi AI? They seem to come out with good news regularly but unsure how it will be translated to revenues and profits.. Thanks for your reply.

Q: I heard an interview where Jack Mallers indicated twitter through an app called strike, was providing free money transfers to and from any country in the world and this would be very advantageous for Twitter going forward and very disruptive to banks. Would facebook and other companies also be able to provide this service? Is money made when currencies are exchanged to bitcoin and back again. Q: Hi 5i,
I like the idea of adding an 'industrial' type transportation name and have been looking at ALC.
I wonder though if it might see a near term slow down in business because of the type of supply chain issues currently plaguing some manufacturers such as NFI lately thus leading to less cargo to transport, or does it have enough product that is immune to the supply chain bottlenecks to keep its ships loaded?
I'd also appreciate any other suggestions you might have besides ALC for transportation names worth looking at that also pay a comparable dividend.

Q: I am interested in REITs for potential retirement income. However, when one looks into the details of the “dividends” often a significant portion of the yield is return of capital. Are there any Canadian reits that make distributions that are largely just income and if so can you advise of same. Thanks Bill

I currently hold MG, NPI, QST, REAL in my TFSA and am down in all. Which would be your favorite to add another half position to at the moment?

Or would this be a better opportunity for me to take that money and purchase NVEI at this current lower price point?

Q: Bloomberg is saying today "Tech stocks sell off amid spike in treasury yields". Can you please explain what the spike in yields is referring to, how much is the spike, will it move somewhat predictably with the withdrawl of govt liquidity from the market, etc?
For a retiree, should I do something?
