Q: I'm down ~15-20% on these names and contemplating a tax loss swap.
For each of these, do you think there are suitable proxies or are they are hard to replace?
For FLNT in particular, I'm considering dumping it all together, so a similarly battered small-cap name you think will perform better will work as well.
Finally, when it comes to tax-loss selling, do you have a rule of thumb on the % down a name should be before it makes sense, or it's generally situation dependant?

Q: I got an avalanche of questions on small cap companies that you probably don't even cover but I've been doing some research and this one popped up. What are the metrics you like about it? What do you think of the industry? And it's competitors. CEO seems to have been doing alot of buying and a huge surprise upside on the last earnings release. Thanks.

Q: Hello Peter and co,

I am doing a bit of overdue portfolio clean-up in a TFSA. (long time horizon) - considering selling these holdings and would like your thoughts:

GUD - loss of 28%, but it has moved up significantly the last few days. Keep, Sell now, or Wait (if it has further upside)?

FRII - 80% loss (ouch), but is up 65% since late Oct 2020. Keep, Sell now, or Wait?

FTG - 5% loss after years of holding, but is up 40% since late Oct 2020. Keep, Sell now, or Wait?

VSR - 40% loss, thought its prospects were compelling, but disappointed so far. Keep, Sell now, or Wait?

ENGH - 122% gain, but it has drifted lower since summer 2020. Keep, Sell now, or Wait?

Q: Looks like the shares I was left with after numerous acquisitions over the years (I can't even remember what I originally purchased) are slated to, yet again be acquired, this time by Bally's. What are your thoughts on the proposed acquisition and why would the shares of GAMESYS be trading above the offer price?

Q: Hi 5i

I would like to take a position in AC, but I'm worried about Canada’s vaccine rollout. I don't see a resumption to normalized traffic this year. My guess is they might hit 50% capacity late this year, and that might be aggressive. Can tell me how long AC can last with current monthly cash flow burn before they have to raise more money? Also can you provide your best estimates to traffic for 2021 and 2022.

Q: In your response to Chris on PE, could you add forward ratios under the "Valuation Ratios" and "Price To Comparisons" categories, where it makes sense of course?

If we used NVDA as an example, the PE ratio shows 76 while it looks like Fwd FY1 is 48 and FY2 is 43, roughly.

It would also be nice to see any sector/industry ratios or any other comparison numbers.

Do you think the trend of SPY outperforming Nasdaq will continue for the next 6 months or so? Also I am seeing IWM outperforming IWO..I am considering moving portions of my tech holdings to IWM and SPY for the next little while..What are your thoughts? Thanks.
