Q: Good day team, I know this was recently asked but I can't find the answer. What do you think of Sheldon Intentash and his track record? I see that he is more active again.

Cheers

Q: Where would you put $10K for a year to take low risk but earn some return? I know a year is kind of short... what would you suggest? Can you give a couple of options? I was thinking total world stock market etf (XAW) but obviously that still exposed to lots of equity risk... but bonds don't really earn anything.

Q: I hold a small position in ENGH. Since peaking on Sept 4th at just over $80, it has been in a long steady decline for 9 months, to the low $50's, a drop of about 1/3 of its value. The results just released Thursday night look very weak to me, especially compared to the previous year, although covid helped their video division significantly last year, and the stock is still trading at pretty high multiples, despite the decline in the stock price. I know you have mentioned many times that you feel ENGH is a good long term steady business. Wondering if you still feel this stock is worth adding to, or is it time to sell and move on to something that offers more growth? Or do you still think there is reason to expect good revenue and income growth from ENGH over the next few years? Would you sell ENGH and add to existing positions in NVEI, TOI or DSG? Thanks.

Early days certainly, but the eSport future looks bright. Any thoughts are welcome.

Q: I have owned ENB for many years. Many positives about the company and I have enjoyed the dividend.

But with on going pipeline concerns and the fact that the stock has is still below where it was 5 years ago, I am going to move on.

With Energy looking like a solid place to be right now, I am looking for something with more upside torque - without of course taking on excessive risk.

I already own OIH, XLE, KMI, EPD, BEP, CVX, and in Canada: WCP, ARX, and PKI.
Recognizing that the final decision is mine, is there one or two other energy companies (on either side of the border) that you would suggest or would you see adding to one of the above or adding a new ETF?

Thanks for your help here.

Q: LIF announced:
"TORONTO, May 28, 2021 /CNW/ - Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation (the "Corporation") announced that Iron Ore Company of Canada ("IOC") has declared a dividend payable on June 25, 2021. The Corporation's portion is U.S. $60,400,000 or about CDN. $73.0 million"
This is over a dollar per share by itself (their last "quarterly" dividend), and doesn't account for royalties. Yet there is no announcement of their new "quarterly" dividend, or a date for same. Is there any further information besides this? ... and is this not a bit odd for them not to be able to make some decision in this regard, given that they had committed to a quarterly dividend? Perhaps you could suggest a reason(s) for this "delay"?
Thanks!

Q: I need to add fixed income to my portfolio. I do not believe the inflation we are heading for will be transitory. Given that assumption, are there ETF's you can suggest that will react best to inflation? And how would they do with the inevitable higher interest rates? Thank you.
