Q: On Aug 13, you answered questions regarding Well as " As WELL stock did well, the stock price set in the equity component of the deal was $11.80 (up from $9.80). Circle had very strong growth. " What did that mean? Can you provide some background about above statement? What is equity component in the sentence mean and where did the $11.8 price came from?

Thanks,

Q: Despite having released a steady stream of NRs, the shares of BABY have essentially been treading water below the $3.00 mark. But today's announcement may have finally changed things for the better. Would appreciate your views.

ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. the plant-based baby, toddler and children nutrition company, announces that it has signed an online distribution agreement with Walmart.com and will be expanding into Walmart’s E-commerce (Walmart.com) marketplace by Q4, 2021 with its Plant-Based Complete Nutrition products for Toddlers.

Q: AngloGold offered to buy out Corvus Gold at $4 a share. In you opinion is it a fair price? Since then the management said will steady the offer but no more new come out. Are they still talking behind close door for a better price?

Q: Hi 5I team. I am attempting to set up a long period (5 year) US portfolio for an educational fund for my grandchildren.
Considering that I read 5I question answers daily, let us see if I have retained any wisdom and your current preferences by sector-
FIN(JPM); Health(ABBV); Real Estate(WPC); Materials (NTR); Info Tech (PLTR); Energy(CVX);Industrials(CAT); COMM(VZ)

would you change any of these choices?

Q: Hi, what in particular do you think investors did not like about FDGE's recent results?
Is the sell off overdone in your opinion?
Is it wise to pick up an initial 1/3 position and fill to a full position over the next 6-9 months or would you wait this out for a couple more days/weeks.
Not the best scenario when a stocks price drops below or nears its IPO price.
Management kinda indicated a rosier picture in 2022 for what ever that is worth.

Cheers,
Steve

Q: Q2 report did not look stellar IMO, what are your thoughts. The acquisition is interesting, but seems like a bit of a reach and that they have given up some future profit with a Commission based sign-up for the Co-Ops that they purchased the company from. What do you think the largest concern is that is causing the fire sale today.

Q: I received one share in a non registered account and two shares in a RRIF account. Now what to do with them? Exchange them for BAM.A (despite the fact they BAMR is selling at a premium to BAM.A)? Keep holding? Eventually try to add more to BAMR? Is it better to keep it simple and focus on the BAM.A position for the future.? Is BAMR likely to show greater growth then BAM.A? Earnings report was decent. Acquisitions look promising.

Q: Can you please give me your current view on MDF, it's latest results along with it's Periscope acquisition?
Is this company worth holding or would you suggest a switch to LSPD or NVEI?
Thank you!

Q: Hi, you responded to a question stating that XBC needs to show the market it has the ability to execute. They were able to generate sales growth, but what needs to be shown is that they can generate a profit from these sales. Is their explanation reasonable that honoring past contracts has affected profitability but they now have an improved implementation model? I believe this is a good space to invest in and this company has the potential to be a Canadian success story, but would appreciate additional comments from 5i regarding their go forward operations strategy.
Are their other parts of this company that raise concern with investors besides what I have mentioned above? Thanks.

Q: Couple questions--do you have a preference among the ETFs linked solely to Ether? I saw the CI one has the lowest fee (or so the marketing says) and 100% cold storage.

Second, what's the difference between the ETHX.B (CAD "unhedged") and ETHX.U (which I guess trades in USD)? Just want to make sure that there are no hedging costs.. are both unhedged?

Thanks!!
