Q: I am overweight in tech by about 10% in my portfolio and I should sell some positions to increase my exposure in other sectors. What is your conviction in order of preference on APPL, CSU, NVDA, OTEX, TTD and TOI if I need to sell some portions or all of any of these holdings?

Q: Hi. Can I get your opinion on this company? Do you think this is investible with the play/discretionary portion of our funds or do you think it's an out-right gamble? Thank you.

Q: Hello Peter, Ryan and 5i Team,

I have held a small position in Crawford for a number of years, mainly for its dividend, low price/volatility, and as a hedge for extreme weather impacts due to climatic change. It tends to do well when there are events that trigger large volumes of insurance claims, as insurance companies can't handle enough claims with in-house staff and then outsource to Crawford & Co. Can I please get your take on this investment thesis and the company? Do you think it's a reasonable hold or do you have a better suggestion in the sector. Thank you.

Q: Noted in the past a lot of questions on growth potential of a company. Is it not troublesome to have a table of top ranked g.p. companies? It has been great benefit from your advice.

Q: Hi there,
I have been enjoying the run up in TOI and have been thinking of adding to my quarter position. I have been adding along the way and have a dollar cost average of about 93 bucks a share. I am debating whether I should add here, raising the per share cost - but it seems like a parabolic jump in price. Alternatively, I wonder whether I should wait for a dip. And if I do so, what is a fair value to buy at? It seems like TOI may go the way of CSU or SHOP longer term and I do have a window of about 5-10 years. For what it is worth, I still regret not buying shop at about two hundred dollars because I thought it was overvalued.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.

Q: I am thinking of reducing these 3 techs by 50%, then re-buying in November. Reason: rapid gains over the summer likely at risk due to traditional volatility in September. Maybe even do the same with MG until chip shortage gets sorted. Does this tactic make sense? If so, are there other obvious stocks you would include?

Q: Good afternoon,
I have about a 5% of both LNR and MG in my TFSA and have owned them since 2017.
Although I have seen reasonable returns LNR has lagged behind MG. I'm looking to sell LNR and get into something that has more growth can you please suggest two or three Canadian companies and a possible entry point.

Also I have owned AQN sing March 2020 and it has not done anything and thinking of switching over to POW BAM.A or any other suggestions and a possible entry point.

Thanks.

Joe
