Q: Regarding Sun Life's dental purchase how do you view this. If I go back to Peter Lynch it seems almost to be diworsifying but I have no clue.

Q: Regarding Robert's question this morning about withholding taxes on foreign dividends:
It is my understanding that there are no withholding taxes on the dividends of companies headquartered in the U.K.
I have never had taxes withheld on my U.K. holdings (BTI, BP, AZN). RIO plc is also headquartered in the U.K.

Q: I need to increase the healthcare allocation in my portfolio. I am considering MDT, DGX,and CVS as, I think, together they provide a good balance of strong fundamentals, yield and some growth. Do you agree, and do you have any other (non-pharma) suggestions.
Many Thanks
John

Q: Your Portfolio Analyzer tells me that I need more 'Healthcare" since I only have UNH and Well. Can you suggest an addition?
It also noted that I have zero consumer defensive. Can you suggest two for this sector.
A further note was being over weight in Canada.
Thanks again! Dan

Q: Hello, About ten days ago, shortly after the merger news, 5i was indifferent between the two stocks. Is this still the case, or do you have a preference?
Secondly, if you choose AEM, I already hold it at a 30% loss, but continue to like it, more so after the news. My crystalized cap gains for the year and scant available losses(kudos to 5i for their part in that) have me considering buying KL and selling AEM. Do you see any timing or other issues with that approach from an investment point of view? If so, would you advise to stick to the traditional sell AEM and buy back 30 days later approach if still liking it?
Thanks,
Tim

Q: Any particular reason Toi has been a bit weak of late?
- Shopify Inc. Class A Subordinate Voting Shares (SHOP)
- Lightspeed Commerce Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (LSPD)
Q: Hello Team,
I am over weight with SHOP at the moment and very small LSPD holding. Would you recommend selling some SHOP and buy LSPD to balance? or Am I increasing the risk by doing that?
Thanks!

Q: What are your thoughts on this new IPO?
Q: Do you have any news why MIC shares dropped 91% this morning? I was aware that the former MIC has been changed to a new corporation on a one to one basis. I cannot find any news re this 91% decline. Thank you so much. Cheers
Q: I'm sure I'm not the first to ask, but with DND's news release this morning where does this put the company now? I held throughout. Do you still like this as a tech stock with long term potential?
Q: Hi,
Since Sangoma had not published any info about the september 23 special meeting on share consolidation, I called the company and spoke with the person in charge of public relations. He told me shareholders had approved the principle and it was now up to management to decide how and when to do it, If it was to be done at all.

- WisdomTree U.S. SmallCap Dividend Fund (DES)
- WisdomTree U.S. MidCap Dividend Fund (DON)
- WisdomTree International MidCap Dividend Fund (DIM)
Q: Portfolio construction is important so how would you treat DON, DES, DIM from wisdomtree in percentage's of a equity part of a portfolio for a conservative investor. Its easy enough to build a world wide equity portfolio out of large cap stocks the mid/small cap, is more difficult. Further is wisdomtree the best choice here or are there others.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Where can I find the Chart attack on 5i website.
Thanks

Q: I am considering investing in the bulk shipping market. In particular I have been looking at Golden Ocean Group (gogl) on NASDAQ.
They have recently commissioned three new large bulk carriers.
I would appreciate any comments you have on the bulk shipping industry in general and on gogl in particular.
If required use as many credits as necessary.
Thank you for your excellent and balanced reviews.

Q: I am holding 200 (1.38% total portfolio weighting). It has gained over 200% . What do you think of the fundamentals of this company and its business going forward. Is it good to hold for long term or should I take some profit
Q: Specifically, is there an available and consistent report, on insured mortgage/loan arrears and defaults ?

Q: Am wondering which of these stocks are vulnerable to climbing interest rates. For the vulnerable ones, would you please advise at what point you would consider reducing or selling them. Also, a strategy on when and how to do such an assessment would be instructive.
Thanks for your great advice. Most of your subscribers say this regularly, but they probably really mean it ! If it weren't for 5i, I'd still be holding a bag of mutual funds not knowing how big my losses were.

- Harvest Healthcare Leaders Income ETF (HHL.U)
Q: Hi guys
I am a steady eady dividend investor and have almost no healthcare exposure. I am looking to buy a ETF that gives me an exposure to the various healthcare sectors (not just pharmaceuticals), I am looking at overall growth for the units - capital gains and dividends - not just dividends. Wondering what your best ETF ideas would be for this sector. I saw Harvest Healthcare leaders recommended by Gordon Pape - don't know if you have some thoughts on that one - eg. how they squeeze such a high dividend out of it?
Thanks
stuart
