Q: I have significant holdings in RY, BNS, TD and MFC. These names have done very well in the past two years. They will continue to earn Dividend Income but growth will definitely slow... Is this a time to sell these names and put the money to better use as the market pulls back?

You mentioned CCS in your answer...but this is a construction company. Did you mean either of SCI or CSV and your answer was a typo for CCS?

Q: What's the main reason why some of the REITs that did well in 2021 are doing so poorly heading into 2022? I own DIR.UN, GRT.UN and SMU.UN and all three are down quite a bit so far into the new year. Thanks.

Question 1 - Given Wind, Solar and EV will drive the demand for Boron, Molybdenum, Cadmium, Gallium, Germanium, Selenium, and Tellurium. What is the best means to participate in this upside? Individual companies or ETF? Can you provide some recommendations?

Q: I have roughly 15% of my entire portfolio within a Taxable account. The rest is diversified within my RRSP, TFSA( Maxed) and LIF. With regards to the taxable account I would like to keep it as simple as possible taking into consideration the tax implications. I am thinking of going with an ETF or ETFs for this account. Q: I have a small RESP for my son and was planning on splitting the account with these 6 stocks. Any thoughts and / or suggestions on removing / adding name(s). Buy and forget for 10yr+ and likely adding to the positions every year. My intent is to have a more serious look at the allocation / risk once the amount becomes more meaningful. Thank you!
