Q: LIF has been dropping steadily since September. Where do you see a floor for the stock price given current economic conditions here and abroad?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Q: Hi 5i,
With Zillow dropping the bomb on iBuying, does this mean eXpi should do better since it's more a brokerage than buying and reselling for itself? Or does it mean bad news for the entire industry?
TIA!
Wayne

Q: What do you think of this ETF. It has a pretty good yield and has shown some good dividend growth over the last few years. The management fee is a bit high @ 53bps when compared with other lesser yielding ETF's.
Q: Keyera is down big today was their quarter that bad.
Q: Could you advise on what 5I would consider to be one of your most secure 6% dividend with the most share price stability? Tks. Larry
Q: Hi 5i - can you provide your thought on the recent acquisition and advice on whether I should add to a 1% position at these levels (prior to the quarterly results)?
Thanks, Neil
Thanks, Neil
Q: Every so often I accumulate some bad apples but I have far more "winners" that you have brought to my attention than the odd bad apple. When you start noticing these bad apples in your watch list would you not be better off getting rid of them because there are so many good ones you can replace them with? It seems these type of stocks never recover to any degree. Your opinion would be valuable. Thank you.
Q: Please comment on earnings.
Q: What are your thoughts about the CDR's offered by CIBC. Are these more or less the same as owning the actual stocks? What is the good and the bad investing in these CDR's? Is this a good way to own US stocks without purchasing these high priced stocks. Will owning these CDR's result in the same returns as the underlying securities. What about the dividends are they payable the same as the actual stock and if so how are they treated for withholding and tax? Anything you can share would be appreciated. Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i,
FSLY reported earnings today and stock is up....How were their earnings and forecast. What does the future look like for them today?
Currently own this stock down -35%. Would you continue to hold ORsell and move on. There are no tax loss benefits to capture.
If sell what would you suggest to replace with in similiar space?
Thx
Jim

Q: Can I please get your take on Dream Unlimited? This stock's chart has been kind of astonishing in its smooth, upward progression. What do you think of it in terms of safety as well as capital appreciation?
Q: With a bit of extra cash, where would you put it today, and why? Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, or Canadian banks?
Thank you
Thank you

Q: Recommendations for USD growth stocks with a 10 year investment horizon please. Thanks
Q: I want to put money into TFSA's in the New Year. Thinking of transferring shares of BEP.UN from open account to TFSA's since they do not receive the dividend tax credit - but wondering if this is a good idea or bad for taxes?
It will trigger capital gains - but any stocks transferred from open to TFSA will do the same.

Q: Recently I sold units in FID6000 in my grandson's RESP because of its poor year to date performance and high MER. We did book an overall gain of 130% over a 3 year period. The RESP account owns a variety of income producing positions. that have modest gains. I am looking to invest in something growth oriented, with maybe a 3 to 5 year horizon ahead. I am considering splitting between one or two ETFs listed above and possibly TOI. Do you expect further growth from TOI?. Opinions on ETF's please. Moderate risk OK. Canadian currency only account.
