Q: What are your top 5 picks (CAD) with sustainable dividend growth for a 10 year investment horizon and why? Prefer lower risk/volatility as I am close to retirement.
Q: Your thoughts on rivian as an investment opportunity? Level of debt? Insider ownership? Technological advantages?
Q: Hi Peter,
What are your thoughts on RIVN as an investment? On one hand the stock seems over valued based on the cars produced to-date, but under valued trading at 1/10 TSLA market cap.
Thanks for continued great service,
Angelo

Q: Hello Peter,
CAn you comment on Auto Canada's results and whether you think it is worth holding? Also, if not, what is a better stock to buy to replace it.. ATS automation, Aritzia or CareRx Corp. Lastly what is the best site to get estimates? I use Yahoo but i dont find it matches up to what you provide.. Can you please point to a link that would have correct estimates, and lastly when estimates are provided, is it assumed they are adjusted EPS? Thanks for the service.

Q: Why does bhp have a 13.6% dividend? Does this indicate a sign of caution as the dividend may be too high and a sign of weakness? Would this be an equity that presents high risk? Would you buy?

Q: My daughter is starting a TFSA account with $20,000 to invest and a 5-10 year horizon. She wants a balanced portfolio with moderate risk and room for growth and dividend income. Based on some of your recommendations she is thinking buying the above combines in equal weight. What would you add or subtract from this list? Should she try for more sector diversity?
Q: Could you provide thoughts on RKT. It seems incredibly cheap after posting what seems to be a monster quarter. What do you attribute the weakness to? They’ve doubled the business in about 2, have added new lines of business and have a ton of cash. What’s the other side here?

Q: With GE announcing plans to split into three separate companies, will existing shareholders receive stock of the 3 new companies? Thx
- iShares Core MSCI All Country World ex Canada Index ETF (XAW)
- BMO Low Volatility Canadian Equity ETF (ZLB)
- iShares NASDAQ 100 Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) (XQQ)
- Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap Index ETF (VEE)
- iShares Core Balanced ETF Portfolio (XBAL)
- BMO Growth ETF (ZGRO)
Q: I have these ETF's in a TFSA with a primary goal 8 to 10% annual return. I'd like your opinion if there is overlap in this portfolio and if there would be another ETF to add. This is a smaller portfolio and I don't think it would be efficient to buy the individual stocks in your balanced equity model portfolio.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: Vermillion announced resumption of its dividend and received (so far) two increases to analysts' target prices - but today's price action is pretty harsh. Does this suggest tax loss selling, or something less temporary? Can you explain the formula proposed for the dividend? Thanks.
Q: It's almost mid November, is it possible to name some stocks that will probably have some tax loss selling and because of this may become attractive at the lower price?
thanks,
Paul

Q: Oct 25 closing price was 25.58. It has constantly dropped since and is now 22.02. Also WTI oil in Feb was 59 dollars and PXT was at 22 dollars. I cant make sense of this. 5i likes the company. Why don't over investment firms like it. Was it overvalued at 25 dollars. Any thoughts would help.
Q: Could you give your thoughts on PLTR's growth outlook. We are all well aware that with their stock based comp being very high, debt level, and still being not profitable that they need to grow faster than their stock based dilution or that will be bad news for shareholders. Which is fine if they can pull that off. But mgmt recently said they expect >30% growth for the next 5 years. But then this quarter core growth fell to below 25%. They already fell below the 30% growth rate 2 quarters into their 5 year projected >30% growth. Is this a big concern?
Q: Yesterday in response to my question on AT you said: "Our answers can and do change at times. A buy case can be made on any stock (or there would be no trading at all). But.....we also take cues from the market, aggressive selling, execution, peer performance, prices and sentiment."
In today's INK report we learn that AT director Roger Dent bought 80,000 shares at $4.94 to hold 50,000 shares. What cues do you take from this?
