Q: fyi
Question was asked where to park cash for short periods that is readily available. You suggested PSA ETF. Looked this up and I think the yield is .57%. EQ Bank (virtual) currently pays 1.25% calculated daily and is CDIC backed. Money can be transferred between EQ and your bank at any time (up to 3 days to clear). There are other high interest savings opportunities but for the past while, EQ has paid the highest rate.

Q: So I'm trying to decide what to do with all my positions that are less than 2% of my portfolio. Both LSPD and BLDP are (1.4% and 1.06%, respectively) and I need to decide if I top up to 2%+ or dump them. Remarkably, I'm up 50 and 60% on both.

I've got my own opinions on what to do, but value 5i's input to these sorts of things. Are these stocks worthy of doubling down on, or should I move on?

Note that I still like the spaces these two operate in, so if you suggest I move on, please recommend a replacement for each.

Q: Hi Team;
My question is whether to keep on holding baba or not . It is held in a US cash account so selling would incure a 53% loss as of today. The reason I ask today is that there have been many quality names that have sold off a lot . Just wondering if a switch into a different , more convincing beat down name might be a good move at this point. Ideally I would like as much recovery upside as baba potentially would have in order to try to recover my losses. Which essentially would mean a double from here.
Any names you would endorse switching to that might potentially meet this criteria ? Or do I keep patience and hold. I am a long term investor typically (10yr timeframe or more before retirement ). Thanks

Q: Further to Josette's question about stepping in to PKI, i was about to step in after latest earnings, that were good, but then they announced 2 aquisitions that will be financed partly with newly issued equity. I have not seen in the announcement the value of these aquisitions, and i question why management would keep this info from investors.
Since i expect the price to go down with equity issuing, i am waiting to buy. Does this make sense?

Q: GH, TDOC, VEEV: Which stock is your favorite and would you buy all 3. If there are other you prefer over these, please list them? Risk is not an issue so no dividends. Would you purchase now or wait until things settle down?

Thanks for your service!

Q: Peter,

Not a question, just a comment. In a recent question about banks you mentioned you have been wrong about BNS. In my opinion admitting this is a huge credibility boost for you and your service. The easy thing to do is to give the political answer and never admit you are wrong. That " Nadal" spin is what turns me off of politicians. That is so easy to see through. As Greg Bonnell once mentioned on Market Call any advisor is going to be wrong 30% of the time. It the ones that you get right { You have had a lot of them } that chart the real course. Your service has put a LOT of money in the pockets of the subscribers.

Thanks

Paul

Q: I am currently looking to increase allocations in LIF (1.8%) ,NTR (2.1%), NWC (1.2%) and PBH (1.95%).

Two questions

1) Would you avoid increasing the allocations on any of these?

2) In what order would you purchase the remaining?

THANK YOU for your superb advice and service.
