Q: So it seems that all stock sites show the incorrect market cap for Topicus because none of them include the 129.8M diluted shares yet. Yahoo finance shows the market cap being just under 5B, but I believe its closer to 11B euros. Which would mean that TOI trades at approx 15x to 16x Sales. Looking at CSU historically it never traded above 8X sales. Are my rough calculations accurate and if so TOI is trading at a heavy premium above where CSU ever traded yet they still have a lot to prove, where CSU has proven itself. Thoughts?

Q: USIO, at first glance, is one among many payment processing firms. Is it worth a long-term hold position? My portfolio is currently low in tech stock for valuation reasons.

Q: RPI and LWRK are both long-term holds for me, and have done well - particularly RPI (+500%) in spite of the recent slide. However, these were bought in part for their dividends, which have decreased on a percentage basis with the stock price gains. Both have also been rather weak lately, and I can easily get significantly higher dividends with other stocks. I am looking at selling one this year, and the other next year.

Could you comment on which has the least likelihood of a rebound, and should go first.

A further issue is that both are in a taxable account, and the sale of either will result in the complete clawback of OAS due to the capital gains. I have no offsetting loses at the moment. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Thank-you

Q: Assuming (I know, bad thing to do) ENGH is sold, what Canadian company would you replace it with? Small but growing divy, excellent management, etc.
Thanks for your always expert advice!! Ron

Q: Hello,
Enghouse is exploring options to sell. What is a reasonable price a buyer would be willing to pay given the company's state: balance sheet, market presence, etc .. Buying a company based on a potential takeover is tricky but do you think it is a good price today regardless of a takeover? Much appreciated. Thanks for the advice on the various stocks over the years.
