Q: Hi 5i,
I’m in the process of rebalancing my RRSP and TFSA and looking to be greedy while others are fearful.
Specifically moving TD, FTS, T, and LNF to an RRSP so that my TFSA can be growth oriented.
My remaining TFSA positions would be as follows:
- Half Positions: NVEI, EGLX, LSPD, WELL, U, APPS, BAM.A, SIS, DND, BYD, MITK
- Full Positions: GSY, TOI, CRWD, ATZ

I am planning to deploy as follows:
- Complete existing positions: NVEI, LSPD, APPS, U
- New Partial Positions: AT, XYL
- New Full Positions: DOL, SHOP, VEEV, ANRG, ATD, TIXT
Would you swap out anything on this list that would better compliment my existing positions? I have a 10+ year horizon so I’m leaning towards aggressiveness.

Thanks!

Q: Hello,

In reply to Berry's question to drip or reinvest dividends back into ETF's or stocks.
You have to advice BMO investorline to reinvest dividends. It is not automatic.
PS, they only drip full shares.
Hope this helps

Q: I bought these (and others) for growth, and was doing well, but am now in the red on these holdings. I bought for a five-year hold, so don’t need to sell anything, but I would ask, do you see any that should be sold or any that I could be adding to for a January bounce? Thanks!

Q: What are your top 3 U.S. stocks that look promising both in 2022 and beyond. I must admit, other than 2008 and March 2020 I do not recall a period in time where small and mid cap stocks have been crushed like this. Would you consider us in a bear market, even though the large caps mask this and markets at near all time highs?

Q: You provided an answer to a recent question for worthwhile Global Equity MF & ETF.
The examples you provided were Canadian listed - thanks - now - could you provide 3 each of American Listed Global Equity MF & ETF that are in your opinion worthwhile investments. They will be in my RRSP account. I currently have CIF843 there but am interested in possibly better options.
Thanks

Q: What is the best European stock index and best/lowest cost ETF for that index? I think larger caps may be better for stability, like the TSX60. I have no investments outside of North America. Would it be better to buy a more Global index ETF, that is ex-North America vs just Europe?
Thanks!!

Q: They say history doesn’t repeat but it rhymes. Well the last time we had a PM named Trudeau, we had supply shocks, monetary expansion, and runaway inflation, which was followed by double digit interest rates and much pain. Now I just saw a headline that a senate staffer leaked estimate of 35% inflation increase next year. What would your general advice be to investors in the event that this plays out this time as it did back then?

Q: What are your top 3 dividend paying larger cap gold companies and mid-cap companies as many have great yields now and considering adding to a safer dvd generating portfolio for yield and insurance.

Also, any silver companies that pay high dividends worth looking at?

Q: Thanks for your comprehensive answer to my question on fixed income. Just a further clarification. I have often wondered about the usefulness of preferred shares. It seems to me that they are just as vulnerable as stocks, so why have them rather than stocks? I know that you get paid first if the company goes under. But I am not sure that is a big consideration in most cases.

Secondly, i wonder if you might suggest some symbols that correspond to such an arrangement for fixed income.
Thanks for the excellent service
