Q: Can you suggest some Canadian companies, other than in technology, utilities or finance, that you currently consider to be undervalued and worthy of consideration for a long term investor. I've done very well with your suggestions of MG, WELL, ATA, TFII, EIF, PBH, GSY. I don't mind adding to any of the latter but would like to know if you see value ( or at least promising growth from today's prices) Thanks and best wishes always - Al

Q: I was very impressed with the recent quarterly report for ERE it would appear that its growth prospects are excellent and dividends will surely go up again in february (or thereabouts). Do you agree?

Is the share price divided by AFFO the most appropriate way of evaluating whether it is undervalued or fully valued, compared to its peers? If so, isn't this one very cheap indeed? Debt and POR look good, so I am just wondering about the valuation.

I realize it is harder to get information from
Europe, but this one seems to be in an excellent housing market with an excellent pipeline - and they have proven this already - so should there really be a discount (or much of one)?

Q: In light of the independent lab confirmation of the validity of their technology and expected performance of their battery, and also with the apparent $2B investment by Volkswagen and other investors, what would your opinion of the company be now. Particularly now that they’re working into getting into full scale manufacturing, what do you feel would be the outlook for this company.

Thanks for an invaluable service.

Q: Hello 5i team

I would like to know your opinion on the resistance that can represent the crowd of potential sellers who can take advantage of the return of the price of a stock to their purchase levels after it has fallen sharply below that same level. I'll give you an example: EGLX. When the stock was rising to new highs, the only potential sellers were those who had bought lower, but now in the case of a rise in the stock, it will be necessary to add a part of those who bought higher and who will take advantage of it to recover their capital. Does this make sense and can it represent a significant brake, especially when the rise is recent. I imagine that if several years have passed, many shareholders will have liquidated their positions tired of waiting and that the effect would be much weaker.

Thank you

Q: Can you provide an overview of these products that are widely available in the US and not canada. I know they use leverage to generate returns and especially many pay higher dividends. i have tracked them against my other portfolio holdings and they have not done (in general) any worse than my other holdings in a correction. I like the nice dividends for my retirement - For example QYLD. how much more risk am i taking on?

Q: I have some shares of GE. I've been happy with the performance of the company over the past year. Today they announced a split into three companies. The market seems to take it well... I wanted your thoughts & analysis of the changes and if there is a division of the company you would discard. Thanks as always!

Is there any advantage/ disadvantage to waiting till Jan 2022 as opposed to buying in 2021?

Q: Hi Guys
I have been a very patient investor in terms of holding losers...i have held this stock since 2013. If only i had the patience in holding my winners....
I don't want to repeat the mistake i make so often, once the stock gets back to my purchase price i sell.
Glacier Media looks like it might be finally turning a corner, what do you think?
Thanks!
Gord
