Q: Hello,

Can you suggest several specific companies and/or ETF's to gain exposure to both the Indian economy as well as that of countries like Vietnam?

Q: I have held disney now for 2 and half years and i have been in the red since can you please advice me if i sell it what would be a good replacement for it in my rrsp. And the same goes for cvs it has put me in the red as well is there a better replacement for this that pay a good yield as well. Thank you for all the support

Q: What are your thoughts on the announced acquisition? Do you feel its a good value pick vs. say Enbridge as the short term price may drop to near the subscription pricing around $20 and the acquisition is roughly 15% accretive. It would appear to me that one would get better downside protection and potentially an extra 20% share price increase over the mid term after the transaction closes.

Q: Since AI become news I have been following with interest, however a little reluctant to put my feet into the water, as I am thinking this could be another bubble.
I have reviewed all question on AI companies, and wonder if 5i is going to consider an AI stock for the growth portfolio.
I did own Microsoft, and Apple however sold when the market crashed 2 years ago..

Q: JEPI did reasonably well vs. US markets in 2022 and YTD 2023. The fund is now beginning to see net outflows. Question: Are US-listed covered call ETFs going to do less well “going forward” -- say , in the period from now to end of year 2024. My rough calculations of JEPI’s returns including distributions *appear* to show JEPI did not outperform a general index like SPY.

What are the main signs to look for to help one decide that’s it’s time to sell. No, not market timing! One would simply like to *try* to leave before the exits get overcrowded.

Q: Good morning team,
My only exposure to the energy sector is Tourmaline and I am thinking of adding either Suncor or Canadian Natural Resources. Can you please let me know which of these two you think would be the better choice and why. If you think there is a better choice to diversify my exposure please let me know.

Q: Today the US Fed announced a pause in its rate hikes however stating the next move will be up. Looking back in history I see that 90% of the time a pause in the fed rate is followed by a reduction in rates and not an increase. If history repeats itself I'm thinking bonds should start to increase in price. To take advantage, if my thinking is correct, should I hold short, medium or long bonds. I have held BLV for some time now and am in a loss position but am thinking of adding a wee bit more.
