Q: Hi Guys, I recently listened to a financial guy who was asked to compare LSPD to SHOP, his basic point was that Shop's growth was organic, LSPD not so much and more by acquisition which by nature is harder to integrate into a common business this thesis made sense to me. Can you offer an opinion on growth organic vs acquisition & would you expect strong organic growth from lSPD in the future for a long term investment.

Q: Hi Peter and Staff

Want some of my grandkids RESP’s getting in on FANG stocks (and apple) but obviously per share Cost of AmZN and GOOg would mean high concentrations. I believe there is an ETF that holds those stocks as a major part of their portfolio?

If so can you name it and % of its current holdings in each of FB, AAPL, AmZN , Goog and MSFT as well as any other significant holdings

Thanks for all you do

Q: I hold BEP.UN in a non registered account but would like to replace it with BEPC. From a tax point of view are they considered to be identical securities such that I have to wait 30 days before buying BEPC? Thank you for your excellent service.

Q: Kinross has offered $29/share as a buyout, vote is February 14 2022. Is it accurate to assume that if this offer is rejected, and there are no ther offers, that the share price would drift back to the teens?
Should I hold my 15,000 shares until closer to the vote date of February 14 2022 to see if another offer emerges, any risks with that idea?

Q: I have had RBF7280 for a long time, since it was a PH&N Fund. Its MER is 1.43 and yield is 3.43. Would XHY be a proxy for it at a higher yield and lower MER?
If not, is there a different ETF that I could replace 7280 with?
Thanks for all you do. I sleep better during the downs now, and even better on up days.
