Q: Hi 5i,
With electrification of Industry etc. and the build out of data centres, would you consider this to be an okay time to invest in Copper given the recent run-up? Or wait for consolidation?
If so, what would be the best way (which stocks, etf's etc.) to invest?

Q: Hi 5i, looking to upgrade my consumer goods stock buy selling Deo, gis and buying Nsrgy and mdlz. What do you think of this move and what would be a good entrance price. These companies are bigger and more diversified. Are there any other companies with a dividend worth looking at? Thank you for your service!

Q: Relating to ongoing AI buildout. I have exposure to the power generation side through Brookfield Renewable (BEP.UN), Duke Energy (DUK), and Constellation Energy (CEG), maybe some overlap here.

Given that I am effectively covered on green power, regulated utilities, and nuclear baseload, what are the best complementary high-yield blue chips in Data Center REITs, midstream energy, or industrial supply chain that would diversify my AI exposure without duplicating my existing utility holdings?" I was thinking
Realty Income for physical space. It has high yield however may not play in that space, but what about DLR for eg to compliment (lower yield however)

Q: On Jan 19, in a question by David, you stated that both DSG and OTEX did not have a dividend. Globe & Mail has that OTEX does have a dividend. Please advise if you need to correct your response. G&M advised "OpenText Corp. OTEX-T has named former IBM executive Ayman Antoun as chief executive, effective April 20. 2026" Is this a good move by OTEX? Does it change your impression of potential of OTEX?

Q: What is going on with AstraZeneca this morning? On Friday it closed at 92.77, and the quote this morning on my BMO Investorline site as well as the TMX Money page and your own quote is 187.10. I don't see any news, in fact if I try to open the TMX page for AZN, it says "page does not exist".

Q: NXF.B appears to have a cycle. When it is up it is up for about 1 month to two. Then it drops slightly under what I paid for it. This lasts for about two years. Then it goes up for 1 -2 months again. It is up now. Should I sell and wait untill it drops again or just keep holding for income? 80 yr old investing for income with individual stockd and some covered call ETF's with a ten year time frame. I hold individual stocks included in the ETF.

Q: I have yet to purchase these equities for my portfolio. With only upside potential/recovery out of the gate as the only criteria, in what order would you add them. I do have a tendency to hold for quite a while.

Thank You for your great service

Q: What do you make of the markets today? Tech, gold, silver, metals, and cryto really getting hammered. Is this a result of these specific sectors just running too hot, as well as disappointing MSFT earnings, slowing growth and larger cap ex. Aside from MSFT, META had larger cap ex and the stock got rewarded for larger rev guidance. We can see how these tech companies will get punished on less than above average earnings and guidance. Is this market priced to perfection and expectations are just too high? Is it time to raise more cash and be defensive?

What do you think of the comments below from Powell and Macquarie and the potential for US rate hikes within the next year? We know markets are forward looking and are they expecting this potentially later this year? We all know Trump wants to appoint a dovish Fed chair after Powell. If we do expect rate hikes, this would of course take the air out of tech, risk assets, gold and silver. I hold many growth names that you mention and would like to limit the drawdown.

Lots to unpack here, but what would be your assesssment for the remainder of the year. Thank you!

**U.S. central bank chief Jerome Powell described as a solid economy and diminished risks to both inflation and employment.

**"While the outlook remains uncertain, particularly given the appointment of a new Fed Chair in coming months, our baseline remains that the rate cutting cycle is complete, as labour improvement lies ahead," said David Doyle, head of economics at Macquarie Group.
