Q: I bought Netflix after the big drop in 2022 and have since sold a half position after a nice gain. In terms of its future, everything I read is about the ad-supported lower-priced tier. However there is almost nothing about the password crackdown that is supposedly happening early 2023. Surely this would have a more meaningful impact on the bottom line... I personally know MANY people that are sharing an account (myself included!!) that will ultimately subscribe when they are "kicked out".
Question 1: Has Netflix released any statistics about their estimates for how many people are "piggybacking" off another account and that they believe will sign up after the password-sharing crackdown?
Question 2: Thoughts on future growth potential?

Take credits as appropriate, thanks in advance.

Q: If I understand correctly, BNRE shares are exchangeable 1:1 for BN shares. Is there an advantage to do so? Now or at future date and under what circumstances?
As always, thank you for the valuable information you provide.

Q: Hi,
The company is downgraded by many firms. Has the future business plan is below investment grade compared to other Brookfield companies? Last year they acquired Westinghouse. The company has lowered dividend for past two year (2020 US$ 0.434 * 4), (2021 US$ 030375 * 4) and (2022 US$0.32 * 4). This is the weakest company among the Brookfield Group. My question is whether Westinghouse acquisition is not a profitable one or too early to say? Is it advisable to invest some amount in BRE.un just to take advantage of weakness in stock price at this time or better put money in BBU.un? I hold all the Brookfield Group companies that issues through spinoffs.
Thanks

Q: Hello All,

Is it possible to rank my list of utility companies sorting via most financially vulnerable therefore most likely to underperform because of the increased cost of financing. i.e worst to best please.

Is that a blunt but reasonable filter?

Could it be that the "worst" companies have been so badly beaten up that they may be worth adding to for the long haul?

Many thanks

Q: CCI dropped 8% after hours on friday. The only news that I can find is a rather large downgrade by Truist Securities but there was a similar downgrade of AMT without the same reaction. Do you know if this downgrade was the reason for the move in CCI and, if so, the reason for the downgrades. Otherwise, why the move in CCI and would you see this as a buying opportunity?
Thanks for your insight.

Q: I have some cash that I was thinking of putting into PSA or CASH for the shorter term. But I am wondering if the unit price of those may drop suddenly when the market turns bullish, and investors move back into stocks. So, well I may earn a nice yield, I could lose some capital. Is that something I should worry about? Thanks.

Q: Dear 5i,

I am pleased that you answered my last question, thank you. I would like to clarify something related to this question. According to the logic that a full position is 5%, an investment of this type, with 20 stocks at 5% weighting for each, cannot exceed 100 thousand dollars. 250 thousand dollars for example would make a weighting of 12.5% for each stock, which would be very high. Am I wrong? Is a basket of solid international companies like this one an exception.

Thanks

Q: Hi 5i. Are there any companies that you think are at risk of falling off the U.S. Dividend Aristocrats list this year, because they do not increase their dividend?
