Q: Hi 5i; Thanks for your wonderful advice. You have helped my portfolio to grow for many, many years.

What would be your top picks at this time, in each of the following sectors: consumer discretionary, real estate and industrials. I am underweight in these and am looking for growth.

Thanks, your fan

Q: Could you kindly give your outlook for this fund. From my understanding it holds short terms corporate bonds which would be positive in the current rising interest rate environment yet it has been loosing value. Also, would you consider it defensive irrespective if interest rates continue to rise, stabilize or do a reversal.
Thank you

Q: Can you please comment on quarterly earnings report. Was there anything of particular interest on the conference call (either positive or negative)? Currently down 64% and has dropped to .7% of total holdings. If this was in one of your model portfolios: which portfolio would you have it in, what size of allocation would you be targeting, and would you consider adding to its position in the next monthly member udpate?

Q: This is not a question, but an experience I'd like to share.

I have subscribed to Peter's covered call selling for many years. For instance I had a September expiry $30 CC on CCXI that gave me a $1.50 credit. So, the stock was selling at 24 and the CC strike was 30 and the credit for selling the call was 1.5. So potentially I could make a max profit of 7.50. Not bad I thought.

Then I woke up this am and was confronted with this:

Be prepared for that eventuality if you use the CC strategy. Even though it happens much less frequently then desired it does hurt the greed part of our ego. No doubt about that.
