Q: Hello 5i team,
With NBLY having 284 pharmacies. A quick google search says that there are 11,356 community pharmacies across Canada which would be <3% for NBLY. I am guessing that most of these pharmacies are the bigger fish like shoppers and Rexal (correct me if I'm wrong). I was wondering how much NBLY can grow in the coming 5 years.

Roughly how much of the pharmacy pool can NBLY aquire for growth?

Q: Hi, Imperial Oil announced strong results today a nd stock popped by over 7%. Also, Chevron and Exxon reported blowout quarters. Is this indicative of solid results from CNQ and SU, ( which are 5i favorites in the sector and owned by many of us )in coming days and is it reasonable to expect a similar stock performance ? Thanks

Q: I have all three in my RRSP account. QYLD and XYLD weren't good performers this year and, to add to the misery, they reduced distributions lately. JEPI was performing much better and they kept their distributions virtually unchanged. When we get market recovery, do you expect JEPI to outperform QYLD and XYLD or QYLD and XYLD are likely to outperform JEPI as they dropped more this year? I am considering selling QYLD and XYLD and buying more JEPI. Thoughts?

Q: I own these three companies in my micro cap account and each is currently down considerably from where I bought them.
What is your outlook for these companies over the next couple of years and is this a time to be adding to my positions or continue to wait for any tax loss selling to potentially occur and/or the market to turn?
Thanks, Rick

Q: My floating rate mortgage is now approaching 5%.

Do you think it is better to invest in some of the strong companies that are currently at good prices, or to pay extra toward the mortgage?

Thanks!

Q: Hi
If I want to have global exposure to Oil and Gas sector, NOT just Canadian or the US market, is IXC the only ETF option? Or should I buy XLE and add some other ETF which has exposure to Shell, Royal Dutch and other large European big oil cos? My search doesn't seem to yield anything that includes a nice balance between North America and European companies other than IXC. Any suggestions?

Your answers to others' questions seem to suggest that there is some more gain to be made in energy sector. (Paraphrasing here!) Hence this question. I already own XLE/XEG in different accounts.
Thanks in advance.

Q: Since we are entering what will probably be a very active end-of- year tax loss selling season , wondering if you will be providing a Report on potential candidates as you have in previous years ?
More specifically , I am interested in one such candidate - CPLF - which is off about 80 % from its high with sell-off accelerating over the past week chopping off about a quarter of its value on much heavier than normal volume.
Would you consider this company as one worth taking a chance on ?
Or better candidates in the context of many such huge sell-offs this year ?
Thank-you.
