V:AYA - AMAYA, bought some a month ago and am happy,thanks. They seem to be progressively and continuously building their business. Are they not over reaching ?? do you know management and how would you rate them ?

Q: Regarding Amaya Gaming Group Inc. [AYA], when I read the news release I noticed the increase in the EBITDA. I also noticed that while revenues increase YOY by 316%, the net 'LOSS' increased 269% YOY. Also, looking at Sedar under Expenses/Financial, Expenses/Selling, and Expenses/Acquisition related Costs, there are a few items that gave me pause. Am I looking at this the wrong way?

Q: Still a bit confused about the rating system. Following up on Mike's question about the letter-grade rating system, I have this question. Sylogist SYZ is rated B- and Amaya AYA is rated B, both reports at roughly the same time, Aug/Sept 2012. Does this mean that SYZ is lower "quality" than AYA or that it has more "upside potential" than AYA. Everything I read in the reports indicates that AYA has more upside potential and greater risk, which I interpret as lower quality?

Q: Just a comment re Amaya's earnings. I believe they said at the conference call that they would report in April so that the last quarter of 2012 and the first of 2013 could be compared. Also I believe they said they would give guidance for the whole year at that time. I wonder if the pullback is because the Revel Casino in Atlantic City has filed for bankruptcy protection although one company in difficulty should not bother a whole industry. Joe

Q: The December 2012 AYA results were anticipated. Now that they are late the stock is starting to come off. Expect that this may mean bad news coming. Just a guess.

Q: Just a comment on the Amaya question from Frederick. On the last conference call I think they said they would report in April and at that time they would give guidance for the full 2013 year. I may have misunderstood but I think they said they hope to provide annual forcasts. Hope this is helpful. Joe
