Q: I have listed the tech stocks I currently own. As much as I like all of them, I am very over-weight in that sector and need to re-balance my portfolio. I think I should sell 3 of them. Which 3 would you suggest?

Thank you, Peter

Q: A past guest on BNN had a negative opinion on AYA, one of the reasons cited was a large financial obligation early in the new year, and the company didn't have the available cash. 5i thoughts? Is there any Trump factor in this name? With a change at the helm, should an investor have more or less confidence in this name moving forward? It's been quite the roller coaster being in this stock since low single digits, the drama is tiring and I'm starting to question whether it is worth it.

Q: Thanks for the webinar today. It's reminded me to think about fundamentals. Normally I rely on you think about that for me (I follow BE), but not always. I hung on to Amaya after you removed if from the portfolio and bought a bit more at ~19.50 when the original bid came and you did a great blog about two "trades" (the other being SPB--it was a nailbiter but I did well on that one).

There's a lot of noise on this company and I want to ignore that. What is your view about fundamentals and outlook for AYA? If you think there are better opportunities right now, could you please give me some suggestions? Doesn't need to be the same sector. I want to avoid the pitfall of hanging on too long if this is not a very promising company long term.

Thanks.

Q: I have owned AYA for almost 3 years and have sold when when my weighting was more than 7%, so I am just holding my profits now. I think when the stock was trading higher than $35, 5i was recommending the stock. As far as I can tell the fundamentals have not changed and that is why I am still holding some AYA stock. I can understand that external events may have turned some shareholders off and therefore the shares are trading at $19. On a stock like AYA, is it the momentum or in this case the lack of it that drives the price? If the potential was there when the stock was $38, is the potential not there anymore? I have my doubts that the privatization bid will succeed; but in the next two+ years is there not good growth expected?

I think 5i is the best!

Q: Hi folks,I am perplexed by trading of Amaya, currently in $19's when the $24 takeover offer seems like a slam dunk. Am I missing something?? I have 400 shares at $20.20,held thru thick & thin and don't understand why stock would not be trading at or near $24 range. Why shouldn't I buy more in $19's and tender to $24 offer, thanks for clarifying situation for me,jb

Q: I am contemplating taking a position in AYA following the offer that Baazov has tabled today. In your view is the current price of $21 an attractive entry point or is the risk not justified?

The market's reaction seems to be one of skepticism given the current discount. Can you outline what factors may be attributing to this discount? Should one be concerned that the financing Baazov has secured is mainly from China (one participant is from Dubai)?

Finally, do you believe Baazov's pending charges will have any bearing on the ability for the deal to go through? Thanks!
