Q: if the purchase goes through what will the companies new debt to equity ratio be? will the forecast cash flows of the new company be enough in your opinion to service comfortably the total debt of 6.9 billion. thanks Peter

Q: What would your opinion be for switching out of CGX for TSGI at this time? I have held CGX ,2% of Portfolio, for several years and with the decline of approx. 50% I am thinking of selling all and purchasing TSGI with the assumption TSGI could be considered Consumer Discretionary sector.

I have a 3 percent weight for Stars Group. I was thinking of raising the weight to 5 percent as it seems that this company is on a great growth trajectory and their results seem to suggest they are on track for it. I am starting to think Knight Therapeutics is not going to move much. I am starting to wonder if too much confidence is being put on Mr. Goodman. He has a great reputation but at the moment the shareholder returns do not seem to matter much. I do plan to hang on to it as i have a large weighting and do not want to wake up one day and the stock just surges. but wanted your thoughts. Sorry, I know you have answered questions on Knight on this site. The results today did not seem to do much. Lastly, what are Savaria's estimates. Thank you

Q: Here are my top 10 holdings by value in order-Visa, BAM + BIP, CGI BofA, ALPHABET, FB , CCL ,BOYD ,SJ , GOEASY.
As you can see there was no thought of sector allocation or othe strategy and am surprised to see Goeasy in the list!
I have about 15 other stocks. I want to keep it to this number and here is my question
I like to let go of two or three of the other stocks -ZZZ (is this a growth stock still ?)ECN , ECI HWO.
I would like to buy Stars group new and maybe add small amounts to current holdings - Constellation software, Savaria GUD , Sandwitch co.
Appreciate your comments on one or two to let go and one or two to add so the only new money is to buy Stars group
