Q: I'm looking to "green-up" my portfolio a bit by investing in 3 renewable energy companies. (AQN, BEP.UN, AND NPI). Firstly, what do you think of the sector and secondly, what do you think the future holds of each of the companies?
Q: We have been a long term holder of NPI and recently received a scathing report from our broker from ARC. 5i,s last report is Aug 13, has there been any major changes? Should we hold and ride it out, or should be sell?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Q:
I have a 3/4 position in NPI. From 1 Nov to today it has fallen almost 7%. Buy, hold, sell? Your opinion please.

Q: Northland seems to have a lot of interesting projects on the go but their shares continue to fall. Are energy producers completely out of favour right now, I notice Brookfield (BEP.UN) is also declining, or is it perhaps a good time to step in?
Q: Northland seems to be sliding over the past month. Would you consider this a good time to add to a position?
Q: I have a question about Atlantic Power.
Would ATP be a better buy than Northland power at the present price?

Q: Peter your opinion on North Land Power please.Ken
Q: hello Peter:
first, thanks for a very fine service, and I mean that to the entire staff (good commentary, easy to use web-site, etc). Regarding NPI (Northland Power - I am thinking of selling Trans Alta and would like to replace it with a utility. Already own some Brookfield. I note that in July, you answered M S and said that you hope to cover it later this year. Is this still the plan? If so, please disregard the question: I'll just wait. If not, you said "OK in this type of market". What did you mean there? And, this company has a great chart. Is it too good a chart? Or, is BEP/UN just a much better place to be?
thanks
Paul
