Q: I recently submitted a question about possibly under-levered reits, and was surprised to receive an answer about "cheap" reits. To my mind these are quite different concepts.

Q: I am looking for exposure to REITs for some capital appreciation but primarily for income either through individual REITs or ETFs. Can you recommend some individual REITs and ETFs. Is this a good time to be buying REITs instead of bonds for income?

Q: I am looking to add one REIT to my RSP portfolio. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on the two listed above and if you have a better suggestion. What would be your preferred REIT please?

Thanks and a price increase for this service is well deserved in my humble opinion. Dan

Q: I'm well represented with banks, tech, and energy. Other than TFII, I own no industry. I want to own 3 of either WS, GDI, TIH, MG, CAR, or CP for the long term, looking for some growth, some dividends and not too much volatility. Which 3 do you suggest and why?

Q: Hi,

Im looking for an investment thats fairly stable, with some income, some growth and should do well in the next few years. I own no REITS, and no industrials presently.

Can you recommend 2 CDN REITS I should consider? If you have better options than the ones I listed, what else should I consider?

Can you recommend two US REITS as well?

Q: Would appreciate it very much ranking the above based on your expectation of total return over 3 to 5 years period. I wish to consolidate these number into less positions. In particular I am thinking of selling FCR at a loss and perhaps add to GRT.un or one of the others,

Thanks

Q: It was mentioned on a recent CityTv show that 2021 residential real estate would be hot in British Columbia (of course) and New-Brunswick(!). I own some residential Reits (IIP/CAR/Minto), but not likely focused in these areas. Do you know where I could find the beakdown of business by provinces/sectors (Retail/Industrial/..) for Canadian Reits? Or which Reits operate in NB (KMP may be?) And BC ? Thanks.

Q: I am considering the above 7 REITs and would like to concentrate on the best 4-5 for long term in RRSP; based on current value and growth potential. I am concerned that CRT is trading at too high a valuation (P/B higher than others). Could you please tell us where each of the 7 REITs are trading, relative to their NAV (for example DIR's may be trading at a 10-per-cent discount to NAV). Can you please rank all 7 REITs? Thank you!!
PS: Is it hard to calculate trading price relative to NAV?
