Q: I am in my early 30’s. In terms of creating a strategy for buying and selling stocks shouldn’t I just always be buying stocks, even if the market goes down?
If I have a 30-year run way until I start withdrawing or using the funds wouldn’t it be best to just find great companies to average into?
Your thoughts are greatly appreciated in advance.
Thanks,
Dave

Q: Greetings 5i - I am helping my 29-year old daughter with her TFSA. She has $9,500 to invest and we're thinking about putting it into VFV:CA so she has some US exposure. She currently holds BNS, FTS, PPL and PBH. Alternatively, we were thinking of dividing it between AQN and ATD.B or BAM. Would appreciate your thoughts on what's best for a long term hold. Happy New Year to you all.

Q: These are my stocks in my TFSA as of today. A full position is $11K. All performing well, thank you for that 5i. My thought for this year's contribution I would add to GSY and KXS. Also thought of replacing EQB with ATCO. May I have your input please. Thanks in advance David
Q: Can you provide your 4 top Canadian dividend stock picks for the new year? Will be adding to my TFSA.
Thanks,
Joe

Q: Need to add stock or ETF in Utility space. Is it good time to start position at Hydro? Any other suggestions are mostly appreciated. Looking for income and growth, RRSP and TFSA.
Thank you
Thank you
Q: Thought I sent this yesterday. I am wondering what is affecting the AQN share price?
Q: Can you rank the blow stocks from as either a buy or a sell? Any of those 3 you feel particularly strong about either way?
Algonquin Power
Altagas
Stantec
Also, I'm looking to swap H&R Reit for a better one (either Industrial or Multi-family focused)... is there a particular REIT you like best? H&R has too much retail and office imo.
Thank you and please feel free to deduct 2 question points since this is two questions.

Q: Hi Peter
Would like your thoughts on both of these companies please, i know that cpx is more and pays more dividends, they are both utility stocks which one would you say as more upside to it and which one is less risky. Thanks again

Q: This has ran up lately and I am into profit, finally. I don't trust them too much. Any reasons to hand on other than 4.2% div. for me. I would prefer AQN and your opinion will be appreciated. Thx James

Q: Peter; Not sure if this a question or not but how can an analyst , Raymond James in this case, make AQN a " strong buy " , with a target price of $16.00 when its trading at $18.25 ? Thanks. Rod
Q: I'm retired. I own TRP and ENB, (7% weight total).I want to lighten up on the number of equities. Should I sell one of KEY,EMA or AQN (2.5% weight each )and deploy the cash into the other two, leave every thing as is or lighten up on the sector.
Q: Can you explain the financing structure, approximate closing date and the financial impact on the company upon closing.
