Q: For a long term hold in an income account, would a switch from WSP Global to National Bank make sense?

Q: WSP has not done well and the price trend is down for some time. Should I HOLD, SELL or wait until the FED. GOVT. releases its budget for infrastructure. WSP might gain from infrastructure. I will appreciate your analyses of WSP. Thanks
Q: I would like to add to my WSP holdings but it is currently trading well below it's 200 day moving average. On 1 Oct 2014 you rated WSP as B- , would that rating hold today?
Q: You have often said that you are indifferent to WSP and STN and and that you like them both. However, STN stock seems to be more stable than WSP. What might be the differences between the companies that would account for this?
Appreciate the insight.

Q: Hi, after watching for almost a year, I started a position @43.05 in WSP global, this week. The move was based on the fact that there was no apparent reason for recent pullback. Several months ago WSP did a secondary offering @42.50 (I think). During recent past, stock price touched a high of $49.18. The stock has a dividend yield of 3.50% and will perhaps benefit from infrastructure spending plans of new federal Govt. Incidentally, WSP was also a Top Pick on Friday Dec 18, 2015 Market Call tonight by Keith Richards, a Technical Analyst and BNN guest. As per his comments, this stock sees occasional pull backs and a purchase along its trend line ($42.50-$43)should be a great opportunity. Would appreciate your comments, please. Thanks
Q: Hello team, Did you manage to find out why the big drop on WSP?
Thank you!
Thank you!
Q: Any news that might explain the recent drop? Thanks.
Q: Hello, Further to my previous question on adding to to my positions in AYA, ATD.B, CCL.B, MDA and DSG, should I buy them now or wait until the end of December after tax loss selling? Do you think they will be victims of tax loss selling?
Also, if I have enough to add another two names would WSP and OTC (from growth portfolio) be a good decision at this time with the 5 I'm adding above?
Carla

Q: There are cases where stocks fall because people are taking profits and not because there is something wrong with the company; e.g. WSP today as you suggested to other subscribers. What should we be doing in this case? Just hang on? Or join the profit taking crowd and sell? I am up slightly on WSP, but I definitely did have higher gains prior to the recent sell-off. Would it make sense to take profit and buy back later?
Thanks,
Danny
Thanks,
Danny
Q: Any idea why WSP is tanking the past 2 days? Thank you.
Q: Your comments please on earnings and guidance. Thanks. Chris
Q: Good Morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,
I noticed after looking through the Ink Insider Report for WSP that there are two very deep pocketed 10% + holders of the shares:
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board- 17,524,815 shares held
Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec- 15,699,525 shares held
Total shares outstanding look to be 90 million. It appears that both pension funds take their quarterly dividends in shares as opposed to cash which dilutes the other shareholders over the long term. On one hand WSP will likely never fail due to the deep pocketed backstop of the two pension plans but on the other hand the CPP Investment Board received 148,810 shares in July in lieu of cash. I guess WSP can grow faster if it is able to redeploy the cash that it would have had to pay out to CPP (and the Caisse). I would like your take on this issue. Thank you for your sage insights. DL

Q: Hi 5i Team!
Looking for an update on WSP Global...
After several acquisitions in the past 18 months, can you tell me what their debt to equity is like?
Do you have any insight into how the integrations are going? What is your view of management?
Thanks so much!

Q: Could you please give me your opinion of WSP. It looks like they acquired Halvorson and Partners in Chicago. Still a good long term hold?
Thanks
Dave.
Thanks
Dave.
Q: Could you comment on WSP volume and price drop?
Q: What do you think of the WSP bought deal, just announced?
Q: WSP beat earnings whereas Stanec (STN) missed. Safe to assume that you would prefer WSP right now and that it is still ok to initiate a position?
Q: Any thoughts on earnings? Thank-you, once again.
Q: Peter & 5i team,
Why do you frequently recommend WSP as a dividend growth stock when they have not raised their dividend since 2008?

Q: Good morning...with the ongoing turmoil in the markets....I am looking at selectively adding my portfolio over the next 2 to 3 months if we see things settling down...what would be your top 5 picks for potential l 'SCREAMING BUY" based on quality stocks beaten down.... based on overall market sentiment...buying opportunities for 4 to 5 year hold...not really a question of timing..
Thanks
