Q: Hi Peter, thanks for the advise on WFT, At the time I did not have any forestry stocks and since i bought it it is moving nicely.

I do not have any oil and gas stocks. if you were going to buy only one stock what would it be. Dividend is nice but not necessary, and i would like one company that may be able to take advantage of a decreasing Canadian Dollar. My risk profile is medium to high

cheers
Darcy

Q: Peter and Team,

I'd like to wish you all a happy new year, first off. Second, I have owned Tourmaline for a while and had been writing covered calls on the name. I went a number of months without getting called away but finally did in December. It was almost a 5% weighting for me. I also currently own PPY (currently 3.0% of the portfolio) and PEY (Currently 3.7% of the portfolio) in the Natural Gas Sector.

My question is, with the proceeds from TOU should I be trying to get back into TOU? Are there better or other names that I should look at in the sector? Should I put the cash made into one of the names I already have?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Q: Hi Team,
Tourmaline (TOU) share price has been waning since they "missed" in the summer. Unfortunately I'm under water on this one, and seeing red day in and day out wears you down. I an actually thinking of adding to my position depending on your outlook.
When are they due to report, and what's your current insight into the stock?
Should I add before or after the report.
Thanks.

Q: My oil stocks amount to 9% of the total portfolio. Holdings are SU and CPG with 3% ea and IAE, LEG and TOU at 1 % each. Would it make sense to sell IAE and LEG and add those funds to TOU. All three of those stocks project a substantial potential increase in future cash flow. Or would it be better to sell the SU and put those funds into TOU.

Many thanks. Great service! Bob
