Q: NVEI has extended until April 1st 2025 for holders to decide on options for the buyout. This means that the privatization would have taken about a year from the announcement in March 2024. It looks stretched. Could there be hurdles we are not seeing, financing for example? Or the structure of the company makes it difficult? Just curious ..Thanks a lot.

Q: After reading you were disappointed with the results by Nuvei -- on top of your tepid reviews prior to this week's earnings results -- I'm thinking of replacing it.

Note, I don't use asset allocation, instead selecting stocks with the best overall potential for capital appreciation (in this case over the next 5 years).

With that in mind, please rank Celestica, Tecsys, Docebo, TFII and Terravest against Nuvei from 1 to 6, one being the best, 6 the least appealing.

Q: Hi Peter, I'm holding NVEI and GSY in an RRSP currently with NVEI in a bigger loss position than GSY and was thinking of selling NEVI over GSY to add to my LMN position. I've read that you have NVEI as a hold at present. Would I loose much selling NVEI or GSY in exchange for the position in LMN and in what order would you sell if you had to. Q: Hi folks, how significant is the announced partnership between Nuvei & Adobe...markets liked the news with 6% pop...is this a "new" partnership for Nuvei??, and if so, what future potential could come the way to Nuvei...I believe they recently hooked up with Microsoft in similar payments process (albeit relatively small)...after disasterous Q2...is there light at the end of the tunnel????....thanks as always for great service, jb Piedmont QC
