Q: Good morning Peter, Ryan, and Team, I'm curious about 5i's "Industrial" sector classification of DH. Both TMX and Bloomberg have it in the "Technology" sector. Part of my rationale for keeping it or not would be its sector. Thanks in advance for any clarification.

Q: In a press release dated Nov.10 DH announced agreements to amend debt covenants. What does this mean? Thx
Q: Do you think that there are there further short attacks going on, tax loss selling, or does someone know something that they aren't sharing?
Is it time to bail on DH?

Q: If you were bargain hunting today, irespective of the sector, which would be your preference Savaria or Davis and Henderson? These are looking good to me, but you might even favour another? I see these two as less risky than some others, of course. and that is an important criterion.
thanks for the good work

Q: I have losses between 55% and 33% on the following list of stocks. DH 55%, PIH 48%, TPK 46%, CAM 33%. My regret is not so much in the losses but rather not having the good sense of using stop loss orders. Would you appreciate your opinion regarding stop loss orders and if you would continue to hold these stocks. With thanks, Bill
Q: I don't own this stock, & know you are not a big fan of this stock, but I read a blog a week ago or so, where the person was highlighting the positive of this company. From what I recall it was stated that there div. was in the range of 40 -45% of cash flow. In there last q report there cash flow increased. Also, the miss was due to a change in progressing charges from a one time up front charge to a unit charge & he claimed this is what caused the miss on earnings. Would you agree with this statement. I question why they wouldn't cancel the div. & thus be able to pay down more than 20 million dollars as reported. Would greatly appreciate your insight.
Q: I'm one of those unlucky souls that happens to own both AD and DH. With tax loss selling already upon us, which one would you recommend to dump first (i.e., the Trump or Hilary dilemma)?
Q: I am down about 50% on this stock in my Riff account and thinking of selling. I have been patient with it so far , any suggestions? Herb
Q: You recently answered a question on DH's current debt (short and long), outstanding debentures and cash on hand (see below). Where can I find this information on DH and other companies myself? Thank you.
5i Research Answer:
DH has $80 million in current loans, $1.4 billion on long term loans and $428 million in convertible debentures. There is $48 million in cash as well. DH did address the debt, and it is a priory in terms of trying to pay it down as much and as fast as possible.

Q: I understand that DH and Absolute Software are in different leagues when looking at size, but I'm wondering if a switch from DH to Absolute makes sense give ABT's growth prospects, balance sheet, etc., as well as DH's struggles.

Q: Hello 5i Team, I am down signifigantly in each of these 6 holdings. I'm prepared to hold for the next few quarters if any will make turnarounds in 2017. I'd appreciate your opinion. All are in a non registered account.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Thanks for clarifying the debt repayments. I should have also asked what the total debt is now for the company. I know that the company said reducing debt would be a focus for them going forward. Did they speak specifics in their conference and do you consider the repayment schedule to be reasonably aggressive?
Thanks for the insight.

Q: Could you comment on DH's debt position? You reported that they paid down $200m of debt in the last quarter whereas I read elsewhere they paid down $20 million so I am wondering where the typo lies. Given their recurring income streams, I would think paying off $800m of debt annually would leave them in pretty good stead.
Thanks for your help.

Q: As we move into the tax loss selling period, is it not possible (probable?) that DH Corp could take another big hit before year's end? After holding for several years with good initial gains I'm now in the red. Wondering about selling & possibly buying back in January if price action improves... your thoughts? Also not sure what you meant by still an "official" hold for now... sounds like a thinly veiled 'sell'. Many thx for your insights.
Q: If you owned DH, would you sell? My concern is that if they cut the dividend, the stock will tank again, should I get out while I'm still up on the stock and move on or is it worth it to stick it out? I am more concerned about the dividend sustainability than capital gains.
Q: Excerpt from CIBC research update: "Covenant Extension: CFO Karen Weaver characterized ongoing discussions with lenders around covenant step-down deferrals as "friendly" and suggested that a public announcement could be made within a few weeks." Is this a problem?
Q: dh corp would you buy this stock on what you see today
Q: There is an article on Bloomberg " Aussie banks 7000 mile Blockchain experiment could change trade " It's worth a read to get a better understanding of the viabiity of blockchain transactions in international trade. I believe DH Corp's relationship with Rabobank and Malauzai is designed to move DH corp into the fintech world, specifically regarding the use of blockchain transactions in international business dealings. What does the 5I team think of this and does DH have the ability to become a significant player in this area?
Q: In the conference call the CEO specifically stated that share buy backs are not being considered. Their three goals for now are 1) investing in the businesses, 2) reducing debt, 3) and supporting the dividend. However they are suspending the DRIP program. What would be the logic for this?
Also, do you know, and would you consider this a management that can be taken at their word? The experience with Wi-Lan and Concordia was not encouraging.
Mike

Q: Further to my previous comments, perhaps DH should slash their dividend and use the cash flow to finish the conversion to a fintech corporation.
