Q: Good morning
VRAR started trading this week as a spin off Victory Square. Before this company started trading, I noticed when I googled a name there was another company in a similar space with a similar name that had been trading. The stock symbols were not active, so I assume it must have stopped at some point. When I googled the name to-day the other company could not be found.
My question is this company a resurrection of a former company that for some reason stopped trading? If So, will the resurrected company fair better than it predecessor?
Thank you
Steve
