Q: I currently own DSG,NVDA,SYZ,TOI AND TIXT. I am thinking of adding DCBO and wonder if there is is any overlap with the tech stocks that I already own or would be ok to add to this one as well?

Q: Hello Peter,

I have shortlisted 5 stocks for a new position in TFSA of my wife and mine. I am thinking of 3 full positions or I could divide amongst 4. Could you help me eliminate one from my list and would appreciate if you could rank the other 4 in order of our preference - best first?

Q: The above holdings are in my TFSA for long term growth. Looking to add another stock to the account. Can you share a few that would be good additions for long term growth. If adding to an existing names make makes sense; open to that as well as none of these are a full position.

Q: I have built up a position in TIXT and plan to hold it for a very very long time. I now also have some shares of LMN spun out from CSU. The LMN shares are approximately 1% of my CSU position and an even tinier fraction of the overall portfolio. Wondering if I should just roll the shares of LMN into my TIXT position and would be more inclined to do so if there is considerable overlap in their businesses. Your thoughts please?

2) I would like to consolidate all of the above stocks into: NVDA GOOGLE and
MSFT for a 2 years hold, I understand the stocks are good ones , but I'm only looking at a faster recovery. Would you be om with it.

Q: What small to mid cap companies can you recommend that have been beaten up due to market conditions but have a high chance of success long term? Looking at a potential entry point this year with the prospect of beating out the returns of larger cap names that may be in a similar situation. Q: Have just sold MAGT after the news of the takeover. Looking to use the funds to top up one of 4 smaller technology positions, KXS, NVEI, TIXT and TOI. Already have full positions in CSU and DSG. How would you rank KXS, NVEI, TIXT and TOI for an add now, and I would appreciate a couple of reasons for the one or two you like best. Thanks.

Q: Reviewed your reply of Dec. 8/22 to Christopher. I purchased Telus for my riff some while ago @42.00. My Thoughts are to tsf to my tsfa for my 2023 contribution $6500.00. This would bring it back to cost base and wait.
Can I have your thoughts and or suggestions? Naturally if it is sold it is a total right off.

Q: I have the above stocks in my TFSA and they are all down and smaller positions. I also have GSY, KXS, SHOP, TOI, ECN, SIS, SU, MEG and ENB in this 300K TFSA (thanks to SHOP and 5i). I am wondering about topping up 2-3 of the above down stocks or something new with this year's contribution. My usual approach has just been to top up the losers but this market has me struggling for ideas. Would you add to any of the losers above or do you have 2-3 new suggestions for me. Thanks.
