Q: Over the years CSU has been building in my TFSA and UnReg account to the point where it is too large of a single holding. I am thinking of selling enough to buy two stocks and keep an equal amount of CSU. Thoughts are buy KXS and TOI. I would very much appreciate your suggestions/thoughts on this please. Open to US ideas as well. Thanks again.

Q: I have difficulty to understand the purpose of the spin off. Both companies are chasing for the same type of companies to continue their growth. How are they going to proceed when there is a target ? They will probably have 2 acquisitions teams working in tandem ? Which companies are going in the CSU portfolio and then in the topicus portfolio ... Thanks

Q: 5i has stated in the past that the above companies have no debt (LNF "very little debt") - is that still the case? If possible, can you please name 5 additional good CAN and 5 US companies that have no debt or very little?
Thanks!

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
This is a two-part question, so please feel free to deduct enough credits.
(1) In Portfolio Analytics, is it appropriate to enter zero for the cost basis? After all, we didn't pay anything for these shares. (Thank you 5i)
(2) In our combined accounts, prior to the spin-out, we were already overweight in Technology, holding ABST, CSU, ENGH, XIT, and KXS. In order to balance our accounts, what, if anything, would you recommend we do? It would be costly to reduce all the holdings which I'm reluctant to do.
Thanks in advance for your valued advice and opinion.

Q: Hello 5i team,
Now that TOI is trading: could you compare CSU and TOI valuation in terms of p/e, p/s, debt/equity, p/editda multiple? Are these about right according to your expectations? If not, what would you expect?
Thank you for your collaboration, Eric

Q: Hello, is CSU still a buy at todays prices ? Or, is there a comparable company you would buy that maybe operates in a different sector but has the same or better growth possibilities ?

Q: Hi, Another question on CSU/TOI relationship. CSU still has direct/indirect ownership of Topicus - How much of the new co. shares are owned by CSU and would it reflect in CSU stock price, once TOI started trading ? By default, in addition to the Topicus shares received from spin out, as CSU shareholders, we also own the same % of Topicus? We are trying to figure out that while continue to own Constellation shares, what would be a reasonable position to add to Topicus (received thro' dividend). Thank You

Q: Hi, Total Topicus subordinate voting shares issued to public and outstanding are 39.4 million, per the press release. (On a fully diluted basis total issued and outstanding shares are 129.8 mln -balance 90.4 mln held by CSU and Parent co. Investors ). Just trying to understand if the float of shares available for Trading is only 39.4 mln shares ? If so, what is % of this held by Institutions/Insiders ? Any comments on Trading on the 1st day - Looks like following the range as suggested in your comments .
Also, are you planning to add TOI:CA symbol on 5i portal soon ... Thank You

Q: Hi 5i team,
With the current market volatility, I want to review my tech holdings and dispose of weaker ones. The review criteria are: 1. Profitable 2. Double digit revenue growth forecast 3. Healthy balance sheets. From the listed companies above, which do NOT meet these criteria? Many thanks.

Q: Same question as Maureen from the other day:

On a scale of 1-10, please rate the following stocks for both growth and risk over the next year (1 being low, 10 being high): ATZ, WELL, XBC, WSP, PHO, LSPD, KXS, CSU, BEP.UN. Many thanks.

Q: I hold Csu in my Tsfa and I notice that Topicus shares are listed but of course no price yet.
It shows that Topicus will be listed in U.S $ even though Csu are listed in Cdn$. Is this correct and will Topicus show on my statement the morning of Feb1st so that I can get the trading prefix to begin trading?

Q: Given the high price of CSU shares, I am wondering how many investors like me are out there - those that held between 5 and 30 shares CSU shares which resulted in our receiving a rather insignificant number of Topicus shares. If your predictions of $50 per Topicus shares holds, do you anticipate there being a large number of small odd-lots of Topicus shares being sold and if so, will this depress the IPO price? Or are most CSU shares owned by institutions and large investors and us retail investors, therefore, won't move the needle? (Personally, I wish we would have received cash instead)

Appreciate your insight.

Q: First of all, thank you for your amazing work. Cannot express how helpful my 5i subscription has been. Life-changing in all honesty.

My positions in LSPD (17.3%) and GSY (12.7%) have gotten a little out of hand. I was fortunate to pick them up near their lows in April. I've already trimmed both a couple of times, but I am really struggling to sell more given the positive outlook 5i has of both for the future. I've seen similar questions asked about trimming and selling positions with phenomenal growth and seen your responses suggesting to trim positions to reasonable weightings. I thought I might have an easier time doing so if you suggested some positions to add to or some new ones viewed as favourably as LSPD and GSY.

I have the following companies in a TFSA and have included the weightings only of positions I think might warrant a second look. While I anticipate a comment about weightings needing to be personal what would YOU suggest as the highest weighting for LSPD and GSY? And, again, please suggest some positions to add to or new ones.

Feel free to take question credits as you see fit.

DOO (2.1%), ATZ (2%), AW.UN, BYD
