Q: At today's valuations, if you could invest in one of these today as a good solid longterm investment, which one would it be? Would you still consider BYD and FSV as fairly expensive, even after the recent drop in their respective stock prices?
Thanks.

Q: Which one of these, if any, would you sell to increase my tech sector allocation? Can you please rank them as well.
Alternatively, if they all have good long term potential, I have the flexibility to increase my equity allocation with additional cash. Please let me know you thoughts and thank you!

Q: What would you recommend as the best Consumer Staple at this time? I have a long time horizon and am looking for a steady performer (hopefully) over the next 5+ years. What portfolio percentage would you recommend for consumer staples? Should I have 1 holding or more?
Thanks!!

Q: Saputo has a significant investment in Australia. How much has the fires affected the supply of milk and the distribution of its products in that country?
The company annually increases its dividend a very modest amount and the share price remains quite flat. In light of the above is SAP still a hold?
Thanks for your great advice.

Q: For several years I have owned Saputo stock. Since 2016 the share price has essentially been flat. Throughout the developed world I believe that on a per capita basis, milk consumption is declining, while cheese consumption is increasing. As a rule I prefer investments where there are built-in growth drivers and am questioning if this is in fact, no longer the case for Saputo. I have reviewed their annual report but cannot find revenue split between milk and cheese. Do you know what % of their revenue is split between the 2? Am interested in your thoughts as to whether or not there are positive or negative growth drivers for the products that Saputo sells.

Q: With the world feeling a little uneasy about a pending recession, I want to keep only holdings that will weather a downturn. I'm not trying to time the market, and want to hold stocks, that while they may dip, have good balance sheets, good management, and will likely see a recovery. Others I will sell and hold the cash. Above are my current holdings. Do you see any that may be susceptible to excessive weakness in a recession and would therefore meet my sell criterion? Thanks,
Kim

Q: I would appreciate your take on Saputo's results.Revenues are up for yoy and qtr vs 3rd and last year but earnings appear weak. Is this a one-off due to the recent acquisition or something more concerning. Quite frankly I have difficulty judging the impact of IFRS accounting on the income statement. I look forward to your insight.
Thanks

Q: Hi guys
I have held Saputo for a very long time and done very well on it and appreciate its relative stability. However it has not done much the last few years except gradually trend lower, plus it would appear the milk/cheese market is always affected by trade/tariff issues out of control of the company. I have to say when I listen to Lino Saputo on conference calls he is very impressive how he knows the most intricate details about what drives his operations. What do you think would be a catalyst for Saputo to move forward in the next few years. A 2nd question relates to Premium Brands and given its drop in price over the last while would it make sense to sell my Saputo and bus Premium Brands as a replacement. I always worry that with a loss of a big contract like Starbucks the stock price might just fall away and that has kept me out of it, but of course they have continued to do well.

Thanks

Stuart
