Q: Assuming this pandemic continues into June or July, where do see the AC's stock price (ball park of course) by the end of the summer?
Will this knock out some of the competition and allow AC to "come back" stronger?

Q: Good Morning
I am the holder of several bonds of the above noted REITs. The maturities of these bonds are from 2021 to 2023.

According to Moody's, REITs have a "low exposure" to Global Covid-19. However, I would like to get your own expert opinion whether these two REITs will be able to meet their obligations to the bondholders during the next three years.

Q: I own positions in each of these companies and am wondering about the future prospects of each.
Regarding FCR, does the recent activity of a major shareholder (Gazit Globe) selling some of its shares and an intention to sell more, significantly reduce the future price of the shares? Another way of expressing this is the freedom from Gazit allowing the company to improve their prospects?
REI seems to be a company that has stalled over the last few years. I realize they have been suffering from their holdings in shopping centres but have expected a more positive improvement.
Please give me your opinion on the prospects for each over the next 2 years as I am considering selling both positions.

I am looking for your opinion on FCR,un and a comment on its steady decline since the fall - would you purchase here ?
As well, would you buy the receipt as a means to enter the trade and receivee a short term lift in the yield until the installment is due?
