Q: With the repatative hurricanes in USA and the flooding and devastation occuring, there will have to be a large rebuilding of homes and businesses, Which Sectors will benefit from this? Which Canadian and US companies will benefit? Does the lumber duties have an effect on the Canadian lumber industries response?

Steel, cement, lumber, copper, machinery . Are there companies that rent machinery.? It is rumoured that up to $5 billion will be spent. What Construction companies will benefit. Thanks 5 I RAK.

Q: I have always believed in the long term value of lumber, hence my interest in this name that i have been in and out in past. I guess the question the market is now reflecting on is about the company's financial capacity to sustain debt payment, or stay afloat.
They are inherently designed to go through different cycles, and reduce operations, but would you think they can survive worst case scenario based on their debt ratios, and would you see value here even if dividend is probably going to be cut?

Q: With the difficulty getting a new softwood agreement with the U.S. would it be more prudent, at least in the near term, owning a company like WY instead of Canadian lumber stocks at this time? or perhaps owning some WY and either IFP or WEF as well?
