Q: What are your top 10 non-tech growth stocks in the US that you see currently see as attractive long term? Thanks!

Q: CCS-u seemed to have had a correction mid-summer. I received your report on TCN-c and it looks extremely interesting. Am considering a purchase of one or both. Would you have a favourite or would you consider them equals from a point-of-view as investment opportunities? Is the U.S. housing market still booming?

I am currently reviewing my TFSA and the current holdings within that account. I am looking for your thoughts if any of my holdings should be adjusted or removed/trimmed, or if you had any suggestions for new buys. My focus in this account is growth for a 10yr+ period. I hold the following stocks, listed as a % of my tfsa: LSPD (32.3%), CELH (9%), Docu (5.6%), Fb (19.3%), Pltr (4.9%), SQ (12.2%), TTD (8.9%), U (7.9%). Thanks

Q: If you were currently a shareholder of MDI and CCS with a small capital loss, would you deem the most prudent course of action as to sell, hold or hold and average down?

Q: I would like to diversify my REIT holdings geographically. I currently hold a reasonable position in CAR.UN and an overweight position in TCN. I would appreciate any recommended REITS with operations in the USA or Europe that are registered in either Canada or the USA. Is there anything like another another Tricon Residential available?

Q: How significant would it be for the Canadian lumber companies if the US removed the tariffs on lumber? Which stock would you recommend in such a scenario.

Health 4.2% - US:MDT
Ind 5.8% - US:RTX, CNR
Real Est 2.7% - US:RDFN
Tech 13.4%
Telcom 5.7%
Util 7.4%
Cash 8%

All the fin svcs are up nicely but V and BAM have only small gains. We like both but think we should reduce this overweight sector and re-balance among the Industrial, Health and Real Estate sectors.
We are down 41% on NIO and down 12% on CELH but we are prepared to wait unless you think their prospects aren’t worth the wait.
We’d appreciate your view on what to sell in fin svcs and what to buy in Ind, Health & Real Est.
